Fast way to lose weight? -

Can anyone give me a good tip on how to lose weight fast and easy?Anything helps! Thank you!

Losing weight and getting fitter is really quite simple. All you have to do is a few simple things. Firstly, clear your fridge of fatty junk foods. If there��s no temptation, you cannot fall. Secondly, stock up on watermelon and other fruits. Watermelon is excellent because it clears out your digestive system of toxins and waste, leaving you feeling and being healthier. Next, begin exercising every day. Do not go too hard. If running, don��t go fast or uphill, unless you want bulky muscle. A steady pace each day for a minimum of 30 minutes will allow you to shed fat and tone your body. Set a day each week when you each junk food, but try not to go overboard and ruin the work of every other day. Drink plenty of water, often when you think you are hungry, you are actually thirsty. If you are getting cravings, have a glass of water, wait 5 minutes, and then see if you still want food. well...eat 6 small meals a day,exercise,run,it burns fat and boost up your cardio.at least 20 minutes of sweat everyday or every other day.go dancing,cycling,aerobic. watever you feel is fun and makes you sweat. then your on your way.and dont forget to drink alot of water everyday.good luck.

Only thing I ever did was stop eating so much late at night, control my portion servings, and drink more water. I don t exercise at all, yet I m losing the lbs fast. I ve already lost 15 lbs in 2 months.

Well, the best way is a healthy diet and exercise. I m 5 5 and 120 pounds, I ve got to keep fit for Breakdancing. Really, all I can say is.. Watch what you re eating, and try to fit in some running and other daily exercises. Running for about 20 minutes 5 times a week isn t all that bad. It works for me. Trust me, I was so lazy a year or so back. Once you get into it, and you see the pounds dropping, you ll be all for it.

Which will cause you to lose weight faster: working in the morning or at night? -

Which time is more efficient?Also, how do I lose weight in my stomach?I do 100 crunches every night but whatelse? more?

I suggest working out in the morning. It doesn t speed up the weight loss but it does get you energized. If you work out at night you may have a harder time going to sleep since your adrenalin will be pumping. As for how to flatten your stomach, there s no way to target that area. Keep doing the crunches (actually add about 100 more), eat right, do cardio and other strength training. It will help.

eat less....smaller portions..excersice during night and day...go for a nice morning run..and do the crunches at night...

If i lived on only noodles for two weeks could i survive and lose weight fast? -

Nope ; noodles make you gain weight ; but the way i lost weight is by eating salad for 2 months nothing else but salad spring water ; i felt like crying but i made myself stick to it ; it works ;)

noodles have bad carbohydrates (like all breads) that burn fast. Like for most eating a sandwich of just peanut butter and Jelly would leave them hungry and wanting more at dinner. Try meats and veggies. These burn the most actual fat like whats attached to most people stomachs and butts. Stay with the meats and veggies to see the best results. This is what people do to take weight off that is hardest to lose.

If you eat the same of anything for too long then you d end up gaining weight, but not sure *how* long.. because I saw on a TV programme that this woman only ate fruit and she was obese despite eating such a healthy food :o!Noodles are pasta.. so it s a carbohydrate. And when your body digests it, it ll turn into energy, but if you don t use that energy, it ll be stored in your body as evil little gremlins called.. FAT^^! So I think if you actually want to do that, you d better exercise. But don t because you need protein and vitamins in your diet too, just eating noodles is super unhealthy, as lovely as they taste. =)

Theyre a carbohydrate - designed to be stored in the body for slow release for people who do a lot of exercise. The last thing you want to do is load up on carbs if youre dieting. Marathon runners on the other hand need that sort of slow release energy food.Eat more Fruit and veg and less red meats, junk food and Noodles!

that is not a good idea. there are no nutrients in that whatsoever. If you need to lose weight, eat salad, and crap like tofu, with no calories, but substantial nutrients. also excersize. eating grapefruit is also a weight loss aid, and so is drinking a lot of water.

Noodle is the same as pasta, bread or rice.Not healthy and certainly not slimming.Steamed vegetables, fish, lean chicken, fruit and good wine. The healthiest diet known.

You d probably gain considering noodles have LOTS of good carbohydrates that give you long energy but if you dont burn them off they ll turn to fat,try living off noodles fruits and veggies. :)

There are a bunch of fast diets you can use. In seven months you should be able to pick one that will work well enough. Go to a nutritionist and ask them to devise a diet of for you. Then start to work out regularly. If you don t want to go to the gym you can start jogging everyday or just doing exercise in your house.But none of those Lose weight fast diets really work. Yeah, you ll lose the weight quickly, but you ll gain it all back. Most likely, you ll gain even MORE than you lost back. Just go on a healthy diet and don t pick any of the stupid ones where all you eat is one thing or drink one liquid.

I know you want to loose weight fast, but try and avoid doing a crash diet because they don t work! You will end up putting the weight back on; it is all about gradually changing your lifestyle. Cutting back on high fat meats could help. Meat does have its benefits, such as protein which can be hard to come by in sufficient amounts in a vegetarian diet. Switching to healthier meats such as turkey, chicken and bison can help. If you re really serious about losing weight you will need to stop being lazy and do some exercising.

Absolutely! Although drinking your ten glasses of water daily would help even more... It s the store shelve bread that is not good... the baker s bread is quite alright in moderation... and it all depends what you put on the bread that matters... stay away from fructose which is pure poison... Read the ingredients... Even white bread is okay if it is unbleached flour and you ll get it from your baker... and toast is less fattening than bread alone... especially for your mom... as it is not conducive to cellulite.
