Easy question. Please help!?!?!? -

Okay I m 15 and on a weight loss program. I was wondering what are the best and easiest exercise I can do at home? I don t haveany weights or equipment like a treadmill. Like if they re any sites with good step by step demos and whichbexercises will help me burn the most cals? Also, what is a good exercise to help me loss the fat rolls on my sides? Thanks much!?!?!?

Squats are always good for general purpose weight loss/toning. When you first start squatting, it might be smart to start with your back against the wall, slowly slide down the wall, make sure that your knees do NOT pass your toes. Once you get used to that, you can incorporate it in your walks. Once you get used to that, you can even add weights to work on your upper body while walking/squatting. As far as your lovehandles. That s a tough one. You ll inevitably lose a bit of that once you start losing weight consistently, but in order to tone that area, you ll need to work on your obliques. Obliques can be tough to work on, but I ve found that by doing diagonal sit ups, you get a good amount of results. Good luck!

Jogging is a good way to lose fat, and you don t even need to leave the house, maybe jog between 2 rooms or on the spot.Crunches, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Inverted Crunches, Pull Ups and Step Ups are great too, and I m sure you can find many more if you spend about 5 minutes on a search engine, provided you know exactly what you re looking for.Eat carbohydrates and protein too.If you experience cramps, stop and rest until tomorrow, or until you can stretch without hurting yourself.

Hi.If it is nice out side, run, get in ipod/mp3 player in your ear, listen to your favourite music and run around your neighbourhood. If you don t want to go out side, then you can do push ups, run up and down the stairs. You can also do sit ups, and that will get you a nice looking stomach.

Not at all,Take it as a fun you can really enjoy it,You must be happy doing that coz ur maintaining a good fitness.Sometimes u may feel boring that time u can listen to music or watch tv in it,What else can we expect from it :-)

hi, my ten year old daughter weight s 40kg (91 pounds) and she is 136cm tall (4 feet 5) is she overweightif she is can you tell me what weight she should be and recommend any weight loss program s for children

no major wieght loss programs, there is still a big chance that this is baby fat, overall change your families diet to be healthier and to eat more fruits and veggies (its not fair for her to just have to be on a diet so the whole family will have to do this one) and make sure she gets regular exercise...my recommendation is that you work out with her and you both set goals to be healthier, with proper diet and exercise the pounds will melt offand trust me, all of this will go easier for her if you join in with her! you have no idea what the difference is when you do this stuff with your kid...

first off she is not overweight i checked her bmi is 22.8 and anything between 18.5-24.9 is healthy, but anyways a few pounds wont killl your daughtter if she loses them so here is what you can do and dont push her soo much go easy on her shes onl 10. second of all ur lucky you are the one that controlls the food in the house just dont buy lots of junk and play with her get her involved in a sport or something it will also help in the future and make her have fun while excercisng wat i do with my bro (he is 9) is have a jumping rope contest we see who does more for ex i do 30 then he tries to beat me and when he does i say i can do more and it goes on but they might not fall for that so wat else you can do is have her play tag with her friends and stuff, they are running while doing that they wont even notice anything different most likely. also the food make healthier choices instead of snacking her on chips, poptarts and choclate, give them popcorn (not the kind with tons or butter) or pretzels, or fruits or fruit snacks theyre good way and healthier, but give her a treat like once every week, and buy-make them a healthier meal make them like fish or chicken and boil it and grill it do not fry with oil it wont help and u get hte point make them like veggies from when they are young and dont stress that much about her she is young and theyll grow out of her weight when she grows a little more but u can help them by doing some of the stuff i suggested if ud like. good luck hope this helped

it can be the baby fat let a couple years pass and then see how much she weights and grows. there are also some sites that lets you see their bmi just google it and it ll tell you if she is underweight nrmal or obese.for now try to feed her healthy lots of veggies and cut the sugar.

make sure you check her BMI rate, this will give a pretty clear idea to see if she is overweight or not, the best would be to visit a registered dietician to see if she needs any corrections in here daily food intake

Not another diet pill: I need to know if this is safe...? -

I want to lose 40 pounds. I ve been trying to stick with a weight loss program but I m always tired. Somedays I eat good and somedays I eat terrible. For the past 2 months I ve been eating crappy food and drinking LOTS of caffine. I just bought a meal plan from a professional fitness trainer (Paul Plakas of X-weighted) and I m starting it Saturday. I don t want to take fat burners, I m not into that, but I m wondering about colon cleansers. I ve read that they give you a little boost. Flush out some of the bad foods you ve been eating so your body can properly aborb nutrients. I m not expecting them to help me lose weight quicker or anything, just make me feel better so I can do my workouts more effectively.So I have a meal plan now. A fitness plan (HIIT 5 times a week for 20 minutes) and weight training 3 times a week. Are those cleansers ANY good at all? For anything? That s all I really wanted to know? I m thinking about giving it a try - again, not for weight loss, just for a boost of energy and to feel better. Thanks. Why is the first reaction of the doctor to put the patient on medication, rather than put them on a weight loss program? Type II diabetes can be reversed with weight loss and proper diet.

I am one of the over weight Type 2 s. I found out in March I was diabetic. Now I was put on meds, and I am still on 2 meds (off insulin), and I was not given a weight loss program BEFORE I was allowed to leave the hospital, but I did have to see a dietitian. The dietitian was very informative and gave me lots of info about diet and carbs. But weight loss was not stressed, EATING proper and eating the right foods to control the blood sugar is what was stressed. And if you are over-weight just changing your eating habits will help you lose weight. So some places do make sure the patient is very aware of diet/food requirements even if they are not over weight. I think every diabetic knows how to count carbs, and good vs. bad foods, and how to eat properly to control their blood sugars.Now if I understand everything I have been learning recently, you can NOT reverse diabetes, only control it.As far as docs putting people on meds as soon as a first reaction. Most of the time there isn t a different choice. Most people don t know that they are diabetic before being tested, and their blood sugars are dangerously high. My blood sugar when I found out I was diabetic was 1400 and my A1C was 13. To save my life they had to put me on meds and insulin immediately. Since I took the being diabetic serious and have been doing everything I am suppose to be doing, I have come off the insulin and am only still taking one medication now. I have started eating 1500 cals a day as well. I m 24, 5 7 and 168 pounds (12 stone) is 3 times a week doing 90 mins of cardio sufficient or should I break it up and do the same exercise over more days?

You need to be working out atleast 3 times a week for atleast 60 min each time. That is a minimum, anything more is good too. Just no more than 6 days a week. And also dont do just cardio. Do half cardio and half weight training. Cardio with burn a lot of the calories, but so will the weight training as well as fat. Plus you muscles will get toned from the weights. Doing just cardio doesnt do much, you may drop the pounds but in the mirror it will compare nothing to if you add weight training in too. I work out 6 days a week, 30-45 min cardio and 60-90 min weight training. Im 20 5 7 started at 174 and now im 149. All within 2 months.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. U will also enjoy ur food more than what u have been doing otherwise.Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. U cannot however choose spots for reduction.This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight.U need not reduce ur weight so fast.
