I weight 315lbs. I walk 2 hrs. a day one morning and one afternoon. Also I drink slim fast every morning and I drink water bottle with 32 oz. include 8 glasses. I take diet pills. Anyone know how way to lose weight? it s took lose 5 pounds a week.

Avoid the slim fast it has alot of sugar in it, and eat healthy like yogurt and teas without sweetner sounds weired you will lose the weight in no time, keep up the good work, you will soon see results. also avoid any and all sugars. your body depends on the sugar when you are over weight and avoiding the sugars will help you lose the weight.

5 lbs per week is already extremely fast. More than 3 lbs per week is probably not healthy or sustainable, though given your current weight that may scale up a bit to maybe about 5 lbs/week. You have to be patient and consistent. I ve been losing since Mid-Jan, and have lost 50 lbs, which I think is about 2.5-2.75 lbs per week. I m 6 6 , 250, so the 2 lbs per week rule of thumb is probably more like 3 lbs for me. Keep at it, don t get discouraged about the rate, keep track of your progress, set goals etc.

Make sure to watch your sugar (try to cut down on candy, chocolate, pastries, etc) and fat intake. If you re watching salt intake, try to monitor that as well (by reading how many mg of sodium is in what you re eating), but if you re a teenager, you shouldn t be worried about that. Also, try to cut out any kind of drink that has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. That stuff is no good. :) Some experts even believe that it s worse for you than sugar. I know this doesn t answer your question, but you should really re-think your ideas about health. At your height and at 122, you are already very close to being underweight. Someone your height could be anywhere from 115-150 pounds and be in a healthy range.
