best way would be to do cardio. The best exercise for losing your tummy is by jogging/running about 3-5 miles a day at lease 3 times a week.On top of that, you should do crunches after running to get more defined and possibly abs. Stay consistent and it will definitely pay off.Good luck!

It is what most stars follow and i lost 7 pounds in 5 days. You eat no bread, pasta or potaotes. Also no sugar. You can have as much meat salad vegetables ( except corn) as you want. You can also have some fruit including strawberries. This is something that can really help you lose weight fast.
