right now i am 5 11 and weigh about 173 lbs...i want to slim down to about 165 in a month or so....can anyone give me some suggestions as to what i can be doing...im trying to eat about 1000 calories a day...and i take green tea capsules twice a day...also i do cardio almost everysingle day burning about 500-600 calories....ive been doing this already for a month but i can t seem to lose any weight..any reasons why??
This sounds like a perfectly good diet plan to me i m suprised you haven t lost any weightmake sure you are actually eating 1000 calories a day because dairy products can have more calories in that you think, and if you are snacking inbetween meals try to cut this out.Drink plenty of water and you could try increase your cardio!thats all i can suggest really
i have no idea try stacker 2 its really good and if u have to lose weight eat like um...none but drink alot
first-- drink ALOT of water- at least 8 full glasses day! (peeing alot is good) also drink that green tea 2-3 thats also greatyou want to not over do it though- do 30 minutes of cardio every OTHER day dont do it every day, sometimes the harder you work the harder to lose the weight. i worked in a gym for 2.5 years- and if you want to slim down all the trainers actually reccomend cutting down to 1500 cals a day-and swimming for 1 hour every day. have you tried slimfast? i am pregnant but i live on those for snacks! they are pumped full of vitamins and they dont taste too bad- my favorite one is the esspresso one-it tastes like one of those frapichinos! good luck! and dont starve yourself! that is bad for you!!PS:NO ALCOHOL OR SODA AT ALL!!!!

You need to exercise harder and eat more protein dense clean foods. This way you will lose weight at a healthy rate. Cutt off foods that contain great amount of calories. Its easier than you think. For example, you should cut off salad dressing, soda pop, candy and butter. Choose lean meats. Chicken and fish are very low in fat and fish is an excellent source of antioxidants. Replace side dishes with fresh vegetables rather than macaroni, french fries or potato salads. When eating chips or any other snacks, make sure you only grab a certain portion instead of eating the whole bag. Then put this stuff away and make sure you don t gulp it down hehe. Get more fiber. Drink lots of water. Weight training is a great exercising method. This makes you gain weight but will also make you look slimmer. Rest properly because sleep deficiency impairs your ability to lose fat. Be realistic (don t expect a miracle). Be consistent and self motivated.
only way to do that is to starve yourself and run alot
Stick to what you are doing but only drink water...and make it iced water. Drinks lots and lots of water and you will see a difference within a week. This is a top secret thing of supermodels and I tried it and it works. Drinking just water is difficult, when you are used to everything else, but it will pay off in the end, I promise! And the water will make your skin look better.
Exercise and become bulimic is my only suggestion! But i don t recommend it.
My brother was extremely overweight. He asked his DR what to do. Doc s advice was eat slowly, and when you first start feeling full, be done eating. Brother has lost 80 lbs doing this.
