How to lose weight fast? -

What exercises can i do to help me loose weight fast. I dont want to have to go to gym or anything just things a can do with a tredmill and at my home.

Never look for fast weight loss.Try to eat 6 small meals a day. This helps your metabolism. Also, eat a small meal as soon as you wake up each day. When your body has been fasting for 14 hours, when you don t eat breakfast you body thinks you re out of food and stores all the fat that it can so you can survive. Jogging, biking, swimming, or dancing are good aerobics. A possible schedule:1. When you wake up :1 1/2 cup bowl low sugar cereal2.11:00 - bowl of carrots and an apple3. 2:00 - bowl of brown rice4. 5:00 - pasta meal w/ yogurt5. 8:00 - 2 hard boiled eggs Follow the general flow of the intake of fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy. When you drink a large glass of water with each meal, it fills you up 2-3x faster. That helps hunger craving control.

well if you want to do things with a tredmill obviously running would be your best option. I would say find a pace on the treadmill you can keep up for 40 minutes about. Work out at least 5 times per week. Also eat less fatty foods. Skip sugary foods as well. Also doing pushups, pulls up, crunches, or maybe even a little weight lifting to add a little muscle mass to your body will significantly speed up your metabolic rate and decrease your fat weight. if you have a bike or something i would recommend doing that do and mix it up with the running b/c cross training is better for your muscles.

I dont want to go to the gym???? Wow, you sound really motivated, that could be the first problem. This best advice I can give you do to your limitations is eat right, nothing with partially hydronated oils or high fructose corn syrup. Eat several small meals instead three. Drink water only and get plenty of cardio......

I m afraid there s no fast way. Everything takes time and if you want to do it properly, you ll have to wait for better results. Use common sense, eat healthier, smaller meals - don t over indulge yourself and exercise daily.

The military runs it all off. start with 1 mile, then in two days get to two miles, 4 days add one more, etc... go as far as u can.... sit ups pound out til u cant even sit up anymore. then do more. leg lifts same way. pushups all thru the day til u cant lift urself anymore and fall on ur face. and tons of water.

If you need to do it just for the moment (a big event in 5 days) then go to AOL.com b/c they have a drink recipe that you can do to drop water weight, but you gain it back right after ( it s not very healthy to lose weight like that).

go to the doctor and get something called phentramine my friend swears by it and im planning to look into it.

Cardio..Try running a mile everyday.

How to lose weight during the wintertime? -

I ve gained so much weight for eating McDonald s, and I m not liking it at all lol. I need something, some advice. On what I can do at home.First I know I can watch what I eat. Also I wanted to focus mainly on my stomach and thighs/hips. Let me know what you do during the winter time. To keep in shape.I usually jog during the summer time. would encourage you to try this. It works really well for me to maintain my heathly diet; but here s what you can do to lose weight before april.You need to eat breakfast every day. when you don t eat breakfast your body basically goes in starvation mode and your body won t use any calories(etc) because it s trying to save the calories(etc) . So breakfast is actually the most important meal of the day. And it is true, your brain will work better if you have a healthy breakfast. Now your breakfast should always be the biggest meal of the day. A good breakfast would be a large cup of orange juice, healthy cereal(special K), a fruit (grape fruit are a good metablism boosting fruit, too!), and a slice of wheat toast(light on the butter, or peanut butter) -basically one big thing in your diet should be cutting down on things with a lot of fat. Try not to drink pop, i would advise you to cut it out of your diet for good, actually. drink low fat milk and water instead. When you are just satisfied you will have a lot more energy and be able to do more things! Last thing: lunch should be a medium sized meal and dinner should be a small meal. Good ideas for lunch/dinner would be pastas because they keep you full for a longer amount of time.Exercise, very important. You should exercise at least two-three days a week. but since you are wanting to lose weight, you could easily exercise 4-5(you need some breaks) times a week. If i were you I would adivse you to get a membership to a gym if you can. they have all sorts of fat-burning programs! but if you can t, walking is the best exercise when it comes to losing weight aroung the waist. But yes, it is cold! you can always go to the mall and walk around there for a few hours! Or just try to do a lot more around the house. You can even walk in place while you re watching tv, or whatever! Now remember: crunches, situups, etc are going to build muscle, and the only way you will see abs very well is to have a flat stomach.

First off don t eat fast food it is terrible for you! I guess once in awhile if you need to. I would try to eat 100 calories every hour or two to keep my metabolism up and i go to the gym on a regular basis. If you can not afford a gym membership, there are other ways like i have comcast and there is an on demand section that has tons of free work-outs. Buns of envy my fav! good luck.

i usually run up and down the stairs a couple time (great for the leg) then do some sit up sqauts ect ....

How can i lose Weight faster? -

i just joined a gym now with what machine can i lose weight faster with the treadmill or the ellipitcal because with the treadmill i run for like 5 min then i get very tired but with the ellipitcal i run for like 10 min and i get a good workout from it but not as tired as from the treadmill

Okay, ELLIPTICAL. i use to be 127 lbs... and i started doing 10 , next week 20, next week30, now i m at 45 minutes on it , and i m 111 lbs . but i m 5 foot . sooyeah ... but it burnes 3 x more callories . PROMISE .(:

I suggest the treadmill.However, don t all of a sudden start running like..super fast and stuff.take your time and do it at a pase thats good for you for about 20 min.dont tire yourself out too quick..-.-otherwise, it wont do any good...

Both work well, but remember, when you get tired on the treadmill, just slow it down to a walking pace. Or better yet, slow it down enough so you can jog a full 3 miles without stopping.

well you can t just hop on a headmill for five minutes and think that you ll loose weight. try actually exercising and limiting your food intake.

I would say the Elliptical.You are not only toning your legs,but your thigs, arms and stomach too.It would also help if you ate a lot of healthy foods too.But just DON T go on a crash diet!

Eat Healthy, and walking is a great exercise it is very consistant and you will lose weight fast.

I say you use Jenny Craig! I tried it and i lost 58 pounds!If you try it you will look great and feel great!
