Does anyone know how to lose weight from my thighs ? -

Well i weigh 44 kgs and im 13 y.os. Im actually one of the skinniest people in year 8. But my thighs are fat. They wobble alot. Im pretty sure i d lose at least 2 kilos if it weren t for my thighs. Any advice ?

your body is still changing. don t be in such a hurry to lose weight. I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. Wow, I feel your pain. How old are you? Some women are able to lose that fat when they lose weight, I was not one of those women. It didn t matter how much weight I lost, my breast size always stayed the same. It s ironic how women pay thousand to get what we have and we would pay thousands to have them taken away. I eventually had breast reduction surgery. I don t know if you have insurance, but they paid for mine. They are starting to look at it as an actual medical problem and not cosmetic. Look into it, ultimately that will be your only choice. It was not as tough as I had thought, recovery was so quick. Good luck to you.

I used to be a size C cup but that was 3 years ago when I ate fast food, drank lots of pop, and knew nothing about nutrition and exercise. Now I am a 36 A and love it. My suggestion for you would be to do what I did, cut out non diet pops (you can still drink pop, just drink diet, it tastes virtually the same and has zero sugars, zero carbs, and zero calories!) cut out fast foods, they do more damage than benefit. And, I dont know if it matters or not, but I dont wear a bra. the only time I wear one is for about an hour a day when im at the gym. It feels great! No wire pushing into me, no padded nonsense.. just great! However you can do cardio to help loose a little weight in them, since after all boobs are fatty material.

You can t control where it comes off. Since breasts are fat, you re going to have to do cardio to lose it all over. I d recommend a sports bra in the meantime; mine seems to flatten my 34C chest! Plus it ll motivate you to work out since you re already wearing it.

You then say that you d like to shape (I d call it tone) your body a little which implies you want to build some muscle. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles.These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. don t worry about calories. they are merely energy, cutting back on calories is cutting back on your energy. anyway, you should eat very small meals every couple of hours (every 3-4). that balances out so that you re not over hungry and don t gorge yourself on food. remember to exercise though, otherwise nothing will work... and if you re 6 3 then you really don t have to lose much weight. How to lose weight when bringing lunches? -

I bring my lunch with me daily to school (the foods not very good), I want to lose like 10-15 pounds. Can someone tell me what I should bring that s a healthy and easy meal yet good (can t require mircrowave,etc.) also, can you tell me exercises i can do on my own, i dance for 2 hours a week but other than that i don t really get exercise. I don t really have a gym that i can go to. I m 5 5.5 and 135 pounds. PLEASE HELP I WANT SOMETHING THAT S EASY TO DO (eat and exercise) YET WILL HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT!

Simply put, don t eat anything with MSG or High Fructose Corn Syrup. These ingredients are in all the foods and the very reason people are overweight. I think it s a conspiracy to sell diet pills and get people hooked on these junk foods. MSG is an addictive substance which makes you eat more and should be avoided at all costs, then you will loose weight. So eat only foods that do not contain this. It s quite a challenge, but once you do it, you will never go back. I quit over a year ago and lost weight and it doesn t come back, so I know I am on the right track.

Yes when you eat sandwhiches use wheat bread. Use lean meat and cut down on the condiments. Bring salads and if you like vinagar use that for a dressing it s much healthier and less fatty than dressings. Also you can eat pita bread with hummus for lunch. Bring carrot sticks etc too and you can dip them in hummus instead of ranch or whatever you would use. Drink real juice and water. No soda and only real juice the other juices are just as bad as soda. Use crystal light too or flavored water.
