well running is good for weight loss. gnc s mega men sport is just a vitamin. a pretty good vitamin, but its not a weight loss supplement. but its good that youre taking a multi-vitamin.just watch what you eat. eat 4 to 5 small meals per day. try to cut out the sugars..soda, candy, pie, etc. and drink alot of water. i try to drink a gallon or more per day.

Stomach fat problem? -
I know you have heard it and you may not want to, but you can not spot reduce, you have to do the aerobics, and lose the body fat all over, and find exercises yes, that can firm the body parts, but you will never be able to just lose in the stomach, it just does not work that way, I wish it did too, that is my problem area, but i know it does not work..... good luck
Cardio! I suffered with the same problem, and the one thing that I learned was that ab workouts will strengthen your abs, but the six pack that you build will just stay under the belly fat until you do cardio to actually burn it off...I had a horrible pooch problem then I went skiing for a week and just that made it go away completely...from then on I incorporated cardio activity into my workout and it s pretty much stayed awayBest of luck!
The best tip is to start eating more frequently(every 4 hours, small meals) and walking at least a hour each day. Eat foods like cauliflower that shrink your waist.

YOU DON T NEED WEBSITES, FANCY PILLS, OR ANY OF THAT CRAP! you have to eat healthy (whole grain bread, low fat, natural sugars, and etc) and exercise. Don t even think about counting calories or carbs. They do not work. I ve tried all different types of methods and eating right and working out is the best way. I used to weigh 200Ibs and now I weigh 150Ibs all from diet and exercise. *Important note - can t lose weight without exercise. Good Luck!
Well i have a few tips you could eat low fat things (smoothies,furit,veggies,etc) and you dont need to go on a diet DIETS DONT WORK!!!!!! just saying and you dont need to spend a lot of money you dont need any pills and every other days you could go on a walk and i hope these tips are good!! Okay, not a sales pitch but I am taking the Alli pills and exercising and it s helped a bunch. I went from 295 to 283 in about a month. I still have a ways to go but so far out of all the weight loss programs I have tried, this is the only one that has worked. I don t recommend it if you aren t overweight (as in if you only have a few pounds to lose then don t use it). Hope this helps you.
I ve heard that almonds are supposed to curb hunger and has some heart healthy fats in them. I ve also heard that there was a study that showed that grapefruit actually helps you lose weight (never tried it myself)Drinking a good amount of water each day is key and getting enough sleep. Uhm, According to body mass index calculations, You should weigh around 120? little more, little less. But if you re wanting to lose weight, since you re a teen, like myself, you know we love to eat!:)lol, but I would watch your portion sizes, and try to exercise more often, and eat slower than usual:)Hope I helped!:)

No expert here but you dont sound like you are very overweight. OK, lets assume you want to lose 10 lbs. Get yourself a copy of the book The Southbeach Diet . If you follow phase one and phase two you should lose 10 lbs easily in 2 weeks . The diet is healthy and not too hard to follow. But dont look to lose more than that. Our society is fixated on skinny women and that is not healthy. Just lose 10 lbs. and enjoy looking in the mirror. IMHO

Well not much tips, just work hard and FOCUS, i ve tried countless times but it dont work but my mom has lost a bunch of weight but thats cuz she was determined. Just realize theres no quick fix, just give it your all, avoid sitting at home doing nothing just go outside and play something with friends or ride a bike or whatever...you ll get a sweet tan too.
