You have to consume fewer calories than you burn each day to loose weight. So if you don t change your diet, then you ll have to exercise more. Frankly, it s easier to adjust both things. Eat less, or eat smarter and exercise moderately. You don t have to go overboard. A 20 minute walk around the block is exercise.Find someone who can share the goal with you. Another overweight friend who will walk with you. That helps a lot. I agree that the tred mill is a fab fat burner if you do it right. I used to walk, jog and run 2 to 6 miles a day on the tred mill. Along with drinking plenty of cold water and squats and push-ups, oh yeah don t forget to stretch good before hand. The trouble is wether you have easy access to a tred mill or not. If you do not have easy access to a tred mill please don t be dicouraged. I no longer have access to one so a few laps around the neighborhood s ok. Hey good luck to ya! And God bless!

You need to diet too. I know a many that weighs close to 300. I have seen him walk 10 miles a day, but on the way, he stops at 7/11 and stokes up, so he hasn t lost a pound in the 8 years i have seen him walk.

I need to lose weight fast!? -

I know it s probably not healthy. I used to have no problem losing weight, i could just easily do it. And I really need to feel more comfortable with myself and losing weight is the ONLY way for me to do it. So please, If anyone can help me, I need to lose about 10 pounds as fast as possible. Please, I am planning on running 3 miles later on and am planning on having a salad with chicken for dinner. PLEASE I NEED HELP!

This is what yoou need to do, for now on no more junk food, no more going to fast food places like mcdonald s, tim hortons, pizza pizza, kfc, etc. You need to start exercising every single day, no excuses. Take a jog or walk around your neighbourhood. If you really want to lose weight this is a must! You can also find a place that has exercising machines there like a fitness place and go there. Eat healthy, drink water, eat salads, vegetables, only healthy foods no junk foods! Good luck I really hope this helps.
