i know what you mean. i thought that eating less is going to make me lose weight faster. but that s not the answer. the problem was that i wasn t exercising. and i think you re not either. just about a week ago, i started running about 2 miles a day. i also manage what i eat. i try staying away from bread, rice, and sweets. you should also stay away from sodas, even if it s diet. after about a week, i ve lost about 5 pounds. i also drink about 3 cups of green tea a day. that will boost your metabolism. it s very healthy for you too. i hope i helped out. but if you want there s another way to loose weight. you can eat your 400 calories, but then run and burn it off. so run about more than an hour a day. that will help you lose the weigh too. hope i helped! :D-Jasmin

phentermineCheck with your doctor. You can order on line. Take a low dose like 18mg not the 30 s. take it 6 out of 7 days a week. You can eat more then 400 calories a day.Exercising makes i come off faster.Take it slow and it will stay off.
Do you realize that by eating less your body holds on to the fat that you have stored and you won t lose weight? 400 calories is something you lose in a day just sitting around doing nothing. You are starving yourself and you re going to make yourself sick. Be careful...being thin isn t worth your life.
Perhaps under Doctors Care you could try a Medical Fast? Thanks, RR
You re not eating enough to sustain you. You need to eat 3 healthy but low fat high fiber meals drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Do at least a half hour of cardio (walking, running or biking) a day you ll lose weight.
Did you know that most prisoners of war are given 850 calories a day. Hope that puts it into context about how stupid 400 a day is.The best thing is exercise- but youll need to eat sensibly if you want to be able to do it! Try cutting out all the processed junk and only eat natural stuff.Remember also that alcohol is empty calories...But please do it sensibly.
400 calories a day isnt enough your turn anoerix go and see a dietician and join weight watchers or keep fit classes
It s called eating more fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. Drinking at least 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. Cutting out salty snacks and sodas(major cause of osteoporosis in women and some men because of the sugar and carbonation). Walk. Walk at least 2 miles every day after work or school. Cut out red meats or all meats if possible. After three months you won t recognize the new healthier you. You will lose about 20 to 30 pounds in a month.
that cant be healthy i think your supposed 2 have about 2000 calories a day.if your not eating properly your metabolism slows down and u end up losing no weight. eat a healthy diet and eat small portions regulary that will keep your metabolism going do a bit of exercise everyday.my sister lost 2 stone doing this.youll make yourself sick doing that.
sounds like you have a health issue.. 400 is not enough..if you starve your body it will hold onto everything you give it..thats why you are not loosing...
no there isnt. and 400 is not healthy.
You won t lose any weight if you only eat 400 calories a day.Your body needs at least 1000 calories to be able carry out daily tasks. Exercising burns off excess calories stored in your bodyfat. If your body doesn t get the 1000 calories it needs to function on a basic level, the brain thinks the body is starving and takes special precautions. It shuts down many of the normal functions of the body, lowering the metabolism, making you tireder, slower and less able to burn of calories.Eating too little can actually make you gain weight. In a starvation scenario the brain doesn t know when it s next meal will be, and so rather than burning calories instructs the body to store the energy.Eating a well balanced diet of around 1000 calories and taking regular physical exercise is the only way to lose weight.
You need to increase your calories! 400 calories isn t enough!Don t include pills/tablets. Eat healthy, drink a lot of waterand get active! You will lose weight without drugs if you increase you calories, drink the water and exercise!
My goodness what are you doing, eating 400 calories a day is not enough for you to live on, believe it or not, you need to eat at least 1,000 calories a day, then excise regularly to loose weight. You can t loose weight if you metabolic rate can t start, go to your doctor to refer you to a dietitian. The way you going, you will certainly do damage to yourself.GET HELP
On a starvation diet, which is what yours is, your body will switch from using up fat reserves to using up muscle. This is because muscle tissue uses more calories than fatty tissue does, so it makes good sense during times of extreme food shortage. You will eventually have to return to normal eating or you ll be at risk of serious deficiency of several essential vitamins and minerals and this is life-threatening.When you do, you ll put the weight back on faster than you lost it - and then probably put on some more so you ll be fatter than before the slimming attempt - because you will have less muscle to use up the calories you eat.
No! You have ruined your metabolism by eating 400 calories a day! Nothing is going to work for you now, not even exercise. Not to mention the fact that you are going to gain a LOT of weight, and it will be impossible to take off.
400 calories????This is sick. You will end up being an anorexic skeleton.Sorry for being so hard but please!!!Take some advice for a healthy diet and stop destroying yourself for chrissake
Good luck in living a full and happy life.
With only eating 400 calories a day your body is in the starvation mode - which means your metabolism has slowed down to preserve some calories for energy. Try increasing it to 800 to 1000 calories a day, use fruits, some dairy, vegetables and no red meat - stick to chicken and fish. Also, yogurt is healthy and has been proven to help with weight loss. Also try the weight control mulivitamins that One-A-Day has put out.
The problem is that you aren t eating enough.Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Guide to Dieting - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/dHealth, Exercise and Diets - http://straighthealth.com
400 cals a day is too low, your body will switch to starvation mode to conserve energy. You will also begin to metabolise muscle as well as fat. Additionally you will have trouble finding any energy to exercise, which you will need to do if you are serious about sustained weight loss.I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch! No fixes pal , yes less in, but with a sensible balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veg, but also more out, exercise, its the only way.
there is no point in starving your self to lose weight your body will store fat and if you lose weight to quickly you will only put it back on again in a few weeks. Just eat three proper meals a day and exercise when you diet you should only lose a couple of pounds a week till you get to your goal weight and the weight will stay off.
take it from some one who has lost a substantial amount of weight. i lost 70 pounds the year after i graduated high school. it s been a couple years now and i ve been able to keep it off and i m doing really well. eating that amount of calories is not enough, and it s unhealthy. like everyone else said, you re body is storing the calories you eat because it s the only things it s getting right now. you need to exercise everyday or at least 5 or 6 days a week and you need to stick to it. and depending on your height, age, and weight at this point, you need to do some research and figure out what your ideal calorie intake per day would be. the weight will not come off over night. that s not the way it works. there is NO healthy way for weight to come off that quickly. if you want to do things healthy, and not end up in the hospital, take my advice.
You have to eat more calories, your body will go in to starvation mode. This means your body will store fat and deplete muscle mass.Try eating 4 or 5 small meals throughout the day to speed up your metabolism and take a good multivitamin.
calcium tablets - calcium helps you excrete more fat but if you re only on 400 calories you re not likely to be eating any fat. i m not sure a diet of 400 calories will be good for weight loss short term as your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to whatever you put in it for as long as it can.you re more likely to lose weight long term if you have a healthy balanced diet do exercise (which you can t really do effectively with a diet of 400 calories).please have a look at your diet - you could be doing real long term damage to your body xxx
your body will go into starvation mode and you will gain weight, and you are destroying your metabolism...there are NO drugs to loose weight!!!!!...don t believe the hype...why do people think there is a magic pill!!..magic crunch etc...one thing one way works...listen...PERSISTANCE!!!...exerci diet,TIME...simple,do it...be patient, now go eat something...and lift a weight...
400 calories a day isn`t enough, you`re starving yourself and will cause yourself permanent damage like this. You should be eating 1000-1200 to lose weight and taking regular (but not extreme) excersise. The advised and realistic weight loss to remain healthy is 2lb a week
if all u r having is 400 a day u wont have to worry for very long Coz u wont be around.I m not judging u but that amount of calories is suicidal,i think you should c Ur GP.best of luck
You must be starving. You need to eat more to increase your metabolism, then you ll burn fat faster. Do more exercise and please eat more. If you re really concerned see a dietician.
Yes. There are a wide range of lethal poisons you can take. Once you are dead you will continue to lose until you are down to a skeleton. Don t be an idiot! Even if you lost weight, isn t your goal to look better? To get there, eat a nutritious reducing diet and exercise. A total fast, while less calories than 400, would not increase weight loss if the 400 is wisely chosen. Drugs plus fasting is the worst idea of all.
