Is it good to cut out all the processed foods to lose weight fast? -

and just start eating only fresh foods? What fresh foods are good to eat everyday? Im really trying to start a healthy diet...i want to lose 40 lbs by summer time.

It s a good start, largely because by only cooking with and eating fresh, natural ingredients, you know exactly what you re eating; with processed foods, it s easy to think you re eating something nutritious and really not be.The five main food groups are carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables, dairy, protein and fats. You should eat a balanced diet taking from all food groups, not cutting out on anything, but making sure you eat plenty of unrefined carbohydrates (brown bread, brown rice, wholemeal pasta, oats etc), plenty of lean protein (fish, poultry, tofu products) and lots of fruit and vegetables. Fats should be eaten in moderation, with greater concentration of unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and not necessarily removed.The occasional takeaway or processed ready meal, eaten in an overall healthy balanced diet is fine. Though mostly, once you get into the habit of checking ingredients in what you eat, and making up your own meals, you get out of the habit of relying upon processed food. The stuff you make is so much tastier!

Well you shouldn t try to lose weight fast. Losing weight and keeping it off is a gradual process. But yes, eating fresh food instead of processed foods is great. Especially watch out for high fructose corn syrup, they try to sneak that crap into a lot of stuff.

Go on a veggie juice diet, but it is important to make your own veggie juice from raw veggies, don t buy V8 or something. It s extremely nutritious and very healthy. Combine this with 5 hours per week of physical exercise (biking, jogging, walking, hiking, w/e you want) and you will lose the weight not problem.

Stop using remote controls. Remote controls are the bane of a prospective weight loser. They may be remarkable gadgets by themselves but from the weight loss point of view, they just aren��t very helpful. They really encourage us to take a laid back kind of attitude towards life itself. I have been on a extreme diet lately that has caused me to loose around 40 pounds in just a month and a bit. It is very drastic but it works and as long as you have the willpower then I think that it d be a good way for you to see results.Basically I have been on a non-existant carbohydrate diet. This means I have cut out all breads (this includes brown bread), all pasta, all rice and potatoes. Instead of having cereal for breakfast I will normally have two rice cakes with some tinned tomatos! Either that or fruit salad with a few table spoons of low fat yoghurt.Cutting out the carbs really had such a great effect, I stuck to salads and stir frys instead of sandwich s and pasta. The weight will literally fall off of you however sometimes you tend to become grumpy and slighty tired. It is worth it though if you are looking for fast results. It s encouraging as you can see it really working.Also, I combined this with a low fat diet. No cookies, cakes, crisps, sweets or chocolate (a few squares of dark chocolate every other day doesn t do any harm!). This means I also limit my intake of cheese and milk and have yoghurt as a treat. It works wonders and it is quick, if you have cravings then snack on fruit of nuts, which are packed full of good fat and keep your blood sugar levels high which keeps your metabolism up. Eat protein as it increases muscle mass which speeds up your metabolism, so does chillis and green tea. Try and have a glass a day!Combine this diet with 30 minutes of exercise a day (I like swimming as it tones as well as burns fat) then you will see really fast results.Allow yourself a treat from time to time to keep yourself motivated and remember your goal.

Start by walking. Walk at least 45 minutes a day. Add the dieting on Day 3 of your walking. or diet, eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. That alone plus the walking will jumpstart your weight loss. Good luck to you!
