Help! I was just recovering from surgery when I found out I need to lose weight for a special event in 3 weeks! Since I am still in the recovery process and can t really excersize for another 9 days, any suggestions on how to lose weight fast?
Well I can give you some great advise but that fact that you just had surgery and you didn t say what kind, I iwould talk to my doctor for that answer. I am not going to screw with your health and recovery.
1] Eat food thats good for you. no ice cream or candy 2] Work out daily
High protien, low/no carb diet will help you lose weight fast and still get to eat without feeling deprived.Its better to do low calorie (1,200 to 1,400 per day) with a good workout program though. Its safer and effective too. It just might take a bit longer than the crash diets out there.
You do not want to do that, you can seriously screw up your bowels, and you will not be able to maintain your new weight. nutrition is very important if you are recovering from surgery
Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fiber. Make sure you drink a lot of water with the fiber or you ll get bad gas and constipation. Are you sure you can t even just walk slowly around? 20 minutes will do you more good than anything else!

Okay well you might want to try Fat Smashers Diet I lost 15 pounds in the first 9 days. Also someone mentioned cleaning your colon out that works as well, try Experience by Awareness. Either way, make sure you drink plenty of water, and if you don t feel up to it after your 9 days, please don t over do it, I d hate for you to re-injure yourself.
