The best tip I can give you is don t do it. The best (healthiest) way to lose weight is to make lifestyle changes, not just go on a crash diet. Try upping your exercise routine by simply walking a few more steps everywhere you go (park further away, get off a bus stop early, take the long way to your next class). You ll burn a few more calories this way which will help with slow, steady weight loss.

you should try the 3 day diet. It really works! Just dont over eat after it because you could gain i t back if you eat way too much after the 3 days, i have learned.But if you stick to it you will lose weight fast.

I think maybe they re referring to the high you feel...not calorie burning. Certain endorphins are released during cardio, also called a runners high . Maybe the same neurotransmitters are released during a long laugh. As far as fat burning and weight loss...not likely.

How can I lose weight quick? -

I know it is not ideal, but I need to lose some weight quick, I have two weeks to fit into a dress that only zips to my bra line. It is close to zipping but no there. This dress was too big a couple of months ago and to prepare for this event I have been running and eating well, so I am not sure what happened. Is there any quick, probably not perminate weight loss tips or any minimizing strapless bras that work?

Most definitely hun I say after about 3-4 weeks you will start to notice a difference. I really like to do squats that really firms up my butt and thighs.

It will definitely get rid of the cellulite, but it will not tone you buttocks and thighs much.A bike is intense enough to raise you heart rate high enough for your body to start burning fat off your body and make the cellulite go away but its not enough for firm the muscles in those areas.You should add weight training for those areas also.Although, I suggest you do weight training for the whole body. It burns more fat that way and tones everything else. Worst comes to worst, you ll look better :PCheers :)

Riding a bike will help but, roller blading, in-line or ice skating would do a better job. This activity uses all the right muscles to work the glute and thighs, plus its fun.

counting your calories is my biggest tip. i use xanga.com to keep track of what i eat and my calories, it helps so much and it s actually helped me loose some weight. there are also some websites out there that let you know how many calories you have to eat a day if you want to loose up to 2 pounds of fat a week, it s really amazing and it s not hard.

why is it loose??Weight loss is definitely hard because you must lose only fat,nothing else...you have to combine both cardio and toning exercises 5 days/week and eat 5 small healthy meals a day...drink only water and treat yourself to 2 cheat meals a week

I get motivated through music. I like to make a playlist on youtube of my favorite fast beat songs and I dance for about 30 to 45 mins right in my living room. I have also switched from soda to diet soda and don t forget about the water. Because water is the key. Good Luck!
