Well to loose weight fast all you have to do is go on the no s diet which means *no Snacks *no Seconds *no Sweetsand run with your friends or dog for 30 mins every day and do 15 sit ups every day just cut back on your eating and watch what you eat okay

There is no FAST and HEALTHY way to lose weight. Healthy weight loss should be a slower process roughly about 1-3 lbs a week... 3 lbs being your highest. Start working out, and cutting back portions. Aerobic training: One way to boost your metabolism so that you are burning more calories is through interval training. Interval training consists of alternating between high intensity and low intensity training. For example, jog for 2 minutes to 30-second sprint. Repeat for 20 minutes. Supportive Eating: Eating smaller meals through out the day can help boost your metabolism. Eating smaller meals every 3 hours helps fuel your body. Think about it for a second. In every meal, you should attempt to eat lean protein, starchy carbs, and fibrous carbs.Lean protein such as chicken, white eggs, turkey, soy, lean meat, fish, tuna, salmon, etc.Starchy carbs such as oatmeal, brown rice, red potatoes, yams, etc.Fibrous carbs such as fruits and vegetables. You aren t at a bad weight, but if you want to lose 5 or 10 lbs. then eat 5 or 6 small meals a day ,drink only water, and try to do cardio at least 5 times a week for 45 minutes. This is what i am doing and i am trying to lose 5 lbs.
