try the doris diet plan...look 1st i wanna tell u that u shouldnt worry about what other people say if ur fat or not because when i was fat they called me names.... i put so much attention to it that it made it more diffucult for me to lose weight... so the first step would be have confidence..dont care what others think of u n love ur self... step 2 would be following this diet...ok this information that i will b giving u is very important because i use to weight 200 at the age of 11 n i wasnt very tall.... now im 17 at 5 7 n i weight 130 pounds...thats very healthy... now this is how i lost all that weight.... it will take u about 3 to 4 months but remmember if u put ur mind to it u can really do it... ok in the morning eat ONLY a bannana with half a cup of 2% milk between 8 n 12 o clock...it depends at wat time u wake up...in the afternoon between1 n 3 o clock eat a regular lunch... when i say regular i mean anything ur mom makes as long as its nothing fattening..eat a lunch that contains no oil or fried in it...its is best to eat meat during lunch time... do not eat hamburgers fries or n e thing from FAST FOOD PLACES... if u want something to go eat something healthy at SUBWAY... the best place to eat when on a diet n want to eat a quick LUNCH not DINNER..if u get hungrey later on between 3 to 7 eat a salad... do not eat after 7 because thats how u gain massive weight trust me.... if u get hungrey between meals eat FRUITS or VEGTABLES...thats it nothing else as snacks.... drink lots of water because water helps u lose the fat because u pee it out... i would say try to fit in 8 glasses of water A DAY....try to excersize... walk around the block every day or if u have stairs go up n down lyk 10 times a day...n e typ of excerisize is good even if it is small... when u first go on this diet u must b determined to do it.... NO SUGAR AT ALL..... when u eat sugar n the sugar reaches u body it turns into FAT....so no sugar lyk candy cookis.... I NO IT WILL B HARD BUT TRUST ME U WILL LOVE THE RESULTS... ok somethings that u most avoid but can eat are milk, bread..ect... what i mean is that when u drink milk get the 2 or 1 % milk NEVER THE WHOLE.... the whole is very fattening...the bread u can eat but NEVER EAT WHITE.... buy wheat....when ever u but a drink lyk orange juice or minite maid ALWAYZ go for the FAT FREE or LOW CARB.....another thing i will go into is the calories ... count ur calorie intake because that helped me when i was in or on a diet.... do not EXCEED more than 2,000 calories... if u go over board or 50 or 75 calories thats ok....but if u intake 2,000 calories a day for a month u will c a drastic change.... remmember 3,500 equal to a pound but if u are not on a diet u can only intake about 2,200 calories a day... but try to intake 2,000 for a diet... do not count the calorie intake of fruits or veggies on ly ur salad n drink and lunch meal... if u follow this u will have great results....remmember be DETERMINED...i would love for u to lose weight because i lost weight when i thought i couldnt... o 1 more thing... sleep for no more than 8 to 9 hours a day because if u exceed that u will gain major weight... sorry if i gave u too much info lol good luck n remmember it worked on me ...PLEEZ TRY N B DETERMINED ... I WOULD LOVE TO C U LOSE THIS WEIGHT :]..
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 11 pounds and 16 inches in 9 days. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! This will definately give you the jump start you are looking for! It keeps you motivated!
Healthy weight loss tips * Take one pound at a time Dont get overwhelmed by how much weight you need to lose. Try to remember that losing 15 pounds in two weeks is nothing to celebrate. It is important to realize that the more quickly weight is lost, the more likely the loss is coming from water and muscle, not fat. Since muscle tissue is critical in keeping our metabolism elevated, losing it actually leads to a decrease in the amount of calories we can each day without gaining weight. Fat loss is best achieved when weight is lost slowly. Strive for a weight loss of no more than 3-4 pounds per week. One pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories. * Set Reachable Goals For instance, if you know you need to get more exercise, begin with a manageable goal of, say, walking 10 minutes a day that you know you can achieve. Then build your self-esteem by achieving the small goals you set yourself. The same logic applies for losing weight. * Stay off the scales Dont get discouraged when your progress seems to be slow according to your bathroom scales. They do not provide a true measure of what is going on with the body. If exercise levels are adequate (5-7 days a week), you may be putting on muscle but losing fat, thus losing inches even if you are not losing pounds. It s always a good idea to do several body measurements to have a second objective way to monitor progress. * Stay focused on being healthy, not thin # Many people become more successful at long term weight loss when their motive changes from wanting to be thinner to wanting to be healthier. Change your mindset to think about selecting foods that will help your body s health rather than worrying about foods that will affect your body s weight. The Food Pyramid offers a basic outline of the types and amounts of food you should eat each day to give your body the nutrients it needs for optimal health. * Fat Free? We ve known for some time that limiting high fat foods in the diet can be helpful with weight loss. That s because fats pack in 9 calories per gram compared to only 4 calories per gram from proteins or carbohydrates. To many, the message to limit fats implied an endorsement to eat unlimited amounts of fat-free products. Just to clarify, fat-free foods have calories too. In some cases fat-free foods have as many calories as their fat laden counterparts. If you eat more calories than your body uses, you will gain weight. Eating less fat will help you to lose weight. Eating less fat and replacing it with excessive amounts of fat-free products will not. * Drink plenty of water Drink eight glasses a day. Water is a natural appetite-suppressant. Nettle tea is a great weight-loss tea as it supports metabolism and has diuretic properties. * Reward yourself # Each time you reach a goal, such as losing 5 pounds, reward yourself with a gift or a massage. * Seek help if you need it # A big key in long term weight control comes from receiving encouragement and support from others. Find a friend to lose weight with or you can check to see if groups such as Weight Watchers, or eDiets offer programs and resources in your area by clicking the links. You may also wish to check with your local hospital to see if their registered dietician conducts group weight loss programs. * Watch your portions With the advent of supersize meals and increasingly huge portions at restaurants, our concept of normal serving sizes is a distant memory. Be mindful of the amounts of food you consume at a sitting. When necessary, divide your food in half and ask for a take home bag. It is all too easy to be a plate cleaner even when served enormous portions. Learn to pay attention to your hunger level and stop eating when you feel comfortably full, not stuffed. * Eat your food slowly Did you ever notice that thin people take an awfully long time to eat their food? Eating slowly is one method that can help take off pounds. That s because from the time you begin eating it takes the brain 20 minutes to start signaling feelings of fullness. Fast eaters often eat beyond their true level of fullness before the 20 minute signal has had a chance to set in. The amount of calories consumed before you begin to feel full can vary significantly depending on how quickly you eat. So slow down, take smaller bites and enjoy your food.
It is very dangerous to lose weight too quickly, a sensible diet and plenty of exercise will give you a steady weight loss. Have you read Paul Mckenna s book I Can Make You Thin ISBN 0593 05054 1. It is very good. Best wishes.
