How can I lose weight fast? -

i reli need a gud tip to lose weight fast, and something that has been tried and tested that really works, any tips are needed.thank you xxxx

You should never lose weight fast...you have to go slow with a healthy diet and excersize.

lots of excercise, eat small meals regularly, e.g. oatmeal at breakfast and a fruit, a fruit an hour later and another fruit and hour later, sandwich and fruit juice at lunch, eat some more fruit as a snack in the afternoon and then have salard or somat for dinner but my rule is eat what you want when you want in small amounts, it works but must be complimented with sensible amount of excercise ie start with normal amount of excercise and then day by day add a little more e.g i started with no excercise then started getting of the school bus a little while from my house and jogging the rest the way then i would add a little more when that became easy and then i ended up running all the way home (7 miles) everyday after about 4 weeks then i started running part the way to school and realise it wasnt so good cos i cant get a shower before clas when i get there so i got a tredmil (running machine) at home and started with that and now 3 years after i started i run about 24 miles per day on the running machine on week days and run 24 miles cycle 10 on saturday and take sunday as a well deserved rest...... running is now for everyone try something which suits you..... if it dont work try something else everyone is different (dont eat mostly protein- protein contains amineo acids which breakdown to urea its what in urine and if ya make too much its toxic) eat a balanced diet i.e cut down on simple carbs (sugars) eat more complex carbs (starches, oatmeal is good) cut down on high saturated fats (animal fats, lard, etc) eat more polyunsaturated fats (vegetable oils and the like) and of course eat plenty of fruit and veg BUT LIKE THE EXERCISE, DONT CHANGE TOO MUCH TOO QUICKLY

raise your metabolism,start excersing daily, and eating low calorie dietsgood luck

Well it depends where you want to loose the weight. Just do the classic trick-exersise and eat healthy. Don t take any weight loss programs or pills- they don t work! ok so I suggest running a mile once-twice today, swim, bike, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, anything to keep you active! Eat in lower portions and healthier foods. Hope my advice helps!

watch your calorie intake and fat intake..when your dieting food and excercise are one of the most important things to consider. i would recommend eating smaller portions a few more times a day then reg. and make sure you watch the foods you eat. low in fat from calories and low in fat thats very important. you can also you help from things like ripped fuel or other diet supplements but probably should see if you can take anything like that first.

Let me start by saying...Drink lots of water. You should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day. If you drink a glass of water before you eat, it will make you less likely to over eat and fill you up quicker. Make sure you still are drinking 1-2 glasses of milk a day as well. Dairy is an 3.important factor when loosing way. Try to eat 3-5 servings of veggies a day (preferably the green ones) and appx 2 servings of fruit. A small apple banana are great choices. Always eat a reasonable breakfast= 1c. bran cereal w/ skim milk, banana ( I like to eat mine cut up in my cereal) the bran cereal has lots of fiber which is an important factor when trying to loose weight and stay regular. The fiber will fill you up fast and keep you full longer. Try to do atleast 30 minutes of exercise everyday or atleast 3 times a week that gets your heart pumping fast. Brisk walking, jogging, running, elliptical workout, cardio tape, swimming laps. Do not eat after 7:00pm. I wouldn t suggest trying to loose weight fast simply because loosing too fast can be just as bad for you as being overweight in the first place. Just take your time. Eating healthy will help, and take a 30-minute walk every day. I would say after that pick two workouts for that week, for example, pushups and jumping jacks. The next week, switch them for two different exercises. If you run out after a few weeks, don t be afraid to do two you may have done a couple of weeks ago, just make sure to switch it up so that you aren t doing the same thing two weeks in a row. That way you ll loose weight without plateau effects .

Definately try eating small meals 5 or 6 times I ve always heard that works really well especially if you drink lots of water with every meal. Water gets old fast when you have to drink alot of it, so try mixing it up by making lemonade, fruit punch mixes, iced tea mixes. anything. I already do this with my drinks and I plan on trying the meal thing myself soon.

i bet your very beautiful and not fat AT ALL! and honestly, there is NO fast way to losing weight. though i do recomend pilates :] its a fun way to lose weight! and girlfriend...you can eat WHATEVER you want! just don t eat TOO much! like you can have your chocolate and your pasta and bread! the good stuff!!!! that just means you can t snack in between :] give it a try! best of luck to you!

Its all about eating 5/6 SMALL meals a day, drinking lots of water, doing at least 30 min a cardio/5 days a week and doing some kind of weight training(I prefer circuit training).... Good luck!

stop eating so much and start going to the gym. if you don t want to go to the gym then wake up early and go to run. when i said stop eating doesn t mean that you should not eat anything, eat healthy stuff like tomatoes and stuff like that

be sure you eat healthy food. cut out fast food and exercise more. by exercise more i don t mean necissarly to go to the gym, but walk more, dance as you walk, etc.
