How to lose weight fast? -

Just wondering wat kind of diet techniques and stuff are out there that work? SO has anyone tried any, and if so which are the best at losing weight????

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

The best way to lose weight is to cut down on carbs and eat more meat, fish and fresh fruits and veggies. Get lots of exercise such as walking, jogging and swimming, The low carb, high protein diet, works IF followed by exercise. If you are obese, see your doctor before starting any exercise program to get his/her recommendations.

If you are in good health and needs to loose weight fast do Atkins for couple of weeks. If you just eat protein and low glicemic carbs (like green vegetables) you may loose a good amount of weight on short term. After that you can switch to something healthier and less dramatic like a low fat diet. Controlling bad carbs (candies, sugars, refined breads and pasta) is not recommended in any diet.

Eat fruits and veggies all day. Then go very low to no carb. THe fruits and veggies help process the no carb foods. Eat meats and cheese and eggs. I eat chicken, steak and allot cheese.Steamed cauliflower and broccoli help burn fat. Then do your best to exercise. The protein in the meats wil help you gain muscle faster and the more muscle you have the faster the fat will burn stay away from OTC drugs they are short lived, coast allot and are harm-full. After about a 2 to 3 week low carb run add more fibers like beans. I like can been mixed with like tuna or chicken with a little salsa and corn it is rather tasty.

I ve tried The Fit For Life Plan.From when you wake up eat nothing but fruit. (as many as you like)And then for lunch and dinner, you can have whatever you want as long as you dont mix carbs with protein.Example meal: Pasta with vegetables OR meat with vegetables.NO meat and pasta in the same meal. Some people lose 10 pounds a week on this (:

Participate in physical activities with friends or children. Kicking a ball around, riding a bike, or roller-blading are all good examples. This will also give you a chance to get outside and enjoy fresh air

Juice diets work quite well. Just drink juice (I mean fresh fruit juice or water or smoothies like carot juice) for 2 days.

If you want speed: I lost 8lb in one month by fasting throughout the day and just having one meal at night.

jog/run a lot, swim, eat fibers and lean meats. You ll see the results quick. Also eat a lot of fruits and veggies.

I need to lose weight asap, but not sure about the fastest way? -

i have gained 20-25 pounds in the last 6 months. i used to weigh 120 but now i weigh around 145, i feel horrible im 5 7 and im 16 and i feel like such a fat ***.i really want to lose weight fast so i like good in my halloween costume, i bought a costume with my mom at value village im going to be a greek goddess :)

If you a sandwich, make sure it is wheat bread, no mayo and no cheese.For dinner, grill some veggies with olive oil and have a small piece of steak or fish. Cutting out carbs will be easy and will taste good!Opt for vegetables and dip or peanuts as a snack. Try cheese and salami and forget the crackers.

hi donot go for synthetic stuff.... immediately cut sugar/salt and oil intake... have fruits/veggies...go for excercise....it will worktake care

Fastest doesn t mean best. It s best to lose weight slowly, or you ll gain it back really fast. Diet and exercise.
