Whats the BEST way to lose weight? -

i need to to know how to lose weight FAST at least 5-6 pounds.so please tell me what i need to eat, how i need to exersize and stuff like thatthanks 33

honestly the easiest best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat right. *try to eat things with a lot of fiber like carrots, grapefruits, and celery sticks are very healthy. cut back on carbs (especially white bread or pasta)*exercise for at least 20 min. a day to stay healthy. (if you wanna lose weight then exercise for about an hour)*chew gum when your craving something* for girls i recommend they try yoga or belly dancing (it gives you a really feminine look in the end=)* don t eat 2 hours before you go to bed*drink a lot of water (cut soda diet drinks out)* and last but not least, EAT a big BREAKFAST! on days that i dont eat a big breakfast i find that i binge more later. Also, it doesnt matter how much you eat because you ll end up burning it anyway. i know this is long, l0l, but i hope it helped!

Take a brisk walk every morning for about 10-20 mins. Exercise is really important and you can see improvements in fitness in as little as 3 weeks. Im not entirely sure what you should eat, specifically. Just try to cut back on the unhealthy snacks and replace them with a piece of fruit. Hope This helps :D

Drink lots of WATER! Force yourself to drink 10 to 12 glasses a day especially before a meal. Drinking water before you eat will curb your appetite. Taking a brisk walk or jog for 15 to 20 minutes a day will help. Just remember don t give in to temptation, it s hard at first but the you will be rewarded in the end.

I tried not eating BETWEEN meals, and i lost a few pounds in a week. It works surprisingly well actually..and if you go for a jog every other day that helps too. and make sure u drink a lot of water.

I had a baby almost 3 months ago and i was told to wait unitl 6 to 8 weeks to start working out due to me having a emergency c section. my son kept me up alot and now i have time to start working out. i gained alot of weight with my pregnancy i was fit and had a toned belly before i weighted 120 give or take and now i weight 167 i still have a lot of pregancy weight on.. everyone tells me that in time it will go away and i need to wait it out but i cant stand it i want to fit in my size 4-5 jeans again.. please help......

It is time to start getting physically active and eating high protein food. Start off by doing cardio for 20 minutes at least 3 days of the week then gradually increase the time eventually working up to at least 30-45 minutes. Drink plenty of water and cut down on portions. Once you increase stamina, add weight training into your regimen at least twice a week. Do not forget to work upper body one day and lower body the next. good luck and dont give up!!

If I wrap my tummy with saran wrap when I run will I lose weight faster? -

I run daily on the treadmill for 30 minutes or more. I also do 8 min abs daily (which really works). My wrestler friends use to wrap there fatty body parts in saran wrap and then wear like sweatpants and sweatshirts when they ran to lose weight. I wear a sweatshirt and sweats when I run, but what do you think about the saran wrap?

Unless parts of your body are made of food stuffs .. I wouldn t bother with the saran wrap at all. Good Luck! :)

That is so dangerous. Back in NY, i knew someone who died doing that. Your skin is an organ. It is the organ that regulate heat. When you wrap your body in saran wrap, you reduce the body s capacity to regulate heat, and you can die.Don t do it.

First, the fact that you run 30 minutes and do 8 minutes of abs is fantastic. You are doing the BEST excercise available, especially if you get into your target heart rate. On the other hand, the saran wrap isn t such a good idea.You will sweat a lot, and will dehydrate yourself. Nothing more.The weight you lose is only in WATER weight, and the moment you drink water (which you should do a lot of if you want to lose weight), you will gain that weight back.One of the things about losing water weight, is that sometimes it makes it look like your lumpy fat disappears a little bit. That is because fat holds quite a bit of water. When the water is depleted between the fat cells, you don t see that cottage cheese cellulite as much. Don t bother with the saran wrap plan....it is just a destructive, short term remedy for a problem that requires work (eating right and regular excercise)

You will dehydrate and lose perspiration or water....the scale tells you that you weigh less, but it s all water. I would up the cardio time that you are doing. Wrestlers always need to show on a scale that they lost weight to wrestle in that weight bracket. Very unhealthy and can be harmful.

Eat whatever but in moderare amount and Do the exercise that i tell uU have to ascend and descend 3 floors of ur building 6-8 times in a single go in morning that will bring a lot of exertion as well as sweat to u. but c the result within 1 week and tell me .but b regular. Good Luck.

There s NO easy way, I will tell you that much! I would say this, though: aerobic exercise of any kind will be the quickest way to burn fat. I don t diet as a rule...I only exercise, and when I keep to my regimen, I lose weight like crazy. HOWEVER...if you REALLY want to boost the weight loss, eat a higher-protein diet and cut the carbs ALONG WITH an exercise routine. If you need the carbs to get through your workouts, just make sure you are burning them ALL while you work out. I love bicycling...it is one of the BEST ways to lose weight fast. And it s so much more fun than running or weightlifting (in my opinion, that is!)
