How can i lose weight fast without working out? -

You can t.

You can t just lose weight without doing at least some kind of exercise. I think that losing weight is impossible without working out, even if you re dieting.Learn how to read the nutrition facts in food. Calculate the calories you eat in one day. I suggest you have a small notebook where you write all the things you ve eaten for a day. That way, you would know how much you re eating, and the reason why you re getting fat. It s a wake up call...A simple exercise maybe will do. Just walk around in malls, window shopping. At least you re burning some calories when you walk. Go to the beach with your friends! Swimming in the beach does a lot of good.

You can just not eat, but that would be very very bad for your body. You can also eat, but just not eat a lot fat or carbs, but you would have to get some exercise in order for your body to function properly. Not eating enough would make you go into starvation mode and you would lose muscle instead of fat first.

You pretty much have to workout. And diet by eating less junk food and more healthy foods [you still have to EAT though or it slows down your metabolism].

Whatever you do, do not avoid eating your 3 meals a day. If that happens, your metabolism may slow down to where it will eventually start storing fat in your body to use as future energy sources.I heard that drinking a lot of water can help increase your body s metabolism.

How fast is fast? Water Water Water. When you walk somewhere wether it be 10 feet or 100 or more, walk FAST. Take the stairs instead of the elevators or escilators. While driving or riding flex and hold your stomache in. Whatever second you have make the most of it.

Good question because everyone is different, but to be more helpfull if i were you id eat and or drink lots of protien as a start. When you eat things with lots of protien make sure the fat content is at least low in fat and less saturated fat. Make sure you cut down on sugar

The quickest way to lose weight is to burn fat and reduce calories. Starvation is also an option but that alone is not going to shift those excess pounds(quickly) if your not burning up that excess fat. Beside not eating is unhealthy and cruel to your body. Moderation is the key and don t forget vitamins and minerals if not your health will suffer too.

it won t happen, even if you decide to eat right and watch your calories you still have to have exercise and do cardio workouts.

You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body.What I did was I went on an eating-only-corn-flakes diet. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs). After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever), I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits. I m able to keep off the weight I ve lost for ~6 years now.Currently, I ve been exercising. I have an air-stepper at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I m improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those standing-up crunches. I don t know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. I would not recommend the Liquid Diet; its dangerous to your health. The liquid diet is anywhere from 500 to 1200 calories a day. It is just a fad diet and doesn t work at all. The only weight you will lose from it will only be water weight, and it will cause a deficiency of important nutrients in you body.However, I would recommend fatloss4idoits because it provides your body with a good eating plan. It is like nutri-system only it doesn t cost near as much. You will lose the weight naturally and keep it off.

Don t starve yourself, your body needs food and nutrients. A simple recipe of healthy eating and exercise will give you results.Start by cutting out saturated fats (butter, mayo), sugars and alcoholic beverages. Lol, Anorexia is not good for sure. You could try cleansing your body of the toxins that are built up inside which will also rid of a lot of fat and water weight. Cleansing is healthy and is not a diet. I ve been doing it and it s working for me. So far I ve lost 26 pounds in less than 3 weeks. The Atkins diet has been proven to help people lose weight, how quickly, I couldn t say but I know a couple of friends who have lost weight with it although it remains open to discussion as to how good it really is for you.

the human body can never lose weight fast...drastic measures kill water and muscle weight,which is stupid...change your lifestyle for once and for all...eat a small healthy meal every 4 hours,drink enough water and brisk walk one hour daily...no excuses please...

try sweating it out. when i try to cut weight for wrestling i run in several pairs of sweats and sweaters. and i go to the sauna fully dressed. its not that healthy though... but if you dont care than do that.
