What is the easiest way to lose weight fast? -

i really want to lose about two stones and i want to know how to lose it fast. what would be the easiest way to do it? :) thank you for any help and suggestions:)

Well my personal trainer told me that the best way to lose weight is not to eat less. What you need to do is eat more often. Eat a good breakfast then every two or three hours eat a snack, Eat a good lunch and again every 2 or 3 hrs eat a snack, eat dinner. The reason that people are gaining weight is because they eat alot in one sitting so what the body is doing is retaining some of that food so that you wont starve making your metabolism slow down. When eating snacks try not to eat snacks high on sugar. Try eating fruits, oatmeal bars, u know the healthy stuff for snacks. And you also want to work out. Hope this works out for you. What i do when i want to lose weight is don t eat for 2 weeks. But I drinl juices especially apple juice because they ll give you the calories you need but wont make you fatter. Heres my exercise schedule.(during mon wed fri)6:00 wake up and shower. 6:15 run 7.5 mi. 7:00 breakfast, drink 1 quart juice. 7:10-7:40 lift weights. 7:50 go to class. No lunch. Class out 3:05. Track 3:10-4:10. 4:20 get home do homework. 5:00 supper (juice). 5:30-6:30 push ups pull ups sit ups up downs sprint a mile in less than 5min 30sec. 6 :30-7:00 do whatever. 7:05 go to bed. The easiest way to do it, for any body type, is to exercise more. If you don t run or jog regularly you should start. Try running 3-4 times a week for 20 min. If you re not a beginner then I suggest you do it for 30 min. You also want to add weights to your exercise, this will help you burn fat. Ive been doing 8 minute abs on youtube. look up fitforthesummer also on youtube and click on the account named that. Atkins works great- though it is kind of boring with the food you can eat. I lost 6lb in a week doing Atkins. I dont think it would be healthy to stay on it a long time though...

Losing weight is essentially burning more calories than you take in. A calorie is still a calorie, unfrotunately though, no matter how healthy it is.
