Resolve and determination. You don t have to work out in a gym to lose weight.Begin with exercises, simple ones-jumping jacks, knee bends, sit ups, push ups, etc., any series of exercises that get you to thepoint of breathing a little harder than normal. You don t even haveto sweat if you don t want to.Start out with doing maybe three different types of exercisestoday and do them for a week. Do each one about four or fivetimes. The next week, bump that up to about eight or ten timesfor each exercise. Then the next week, fourteen or fifteen.Go until you start breathing a little heavier and quicker than youdid before you started exercising. Best to do these rightafter getting up in the morning in the privacy of your bedroom.Do these EVERY DAY without fail (determination)!Get that part going NOW.Then start concentrating on your eating habits, fruits or crackersare good to fill in between meals. Low calorie foods, high proteins(tuna fish), etc.Be sensible with what you eat. Start substituting water for colas.Actually, you can eat anything you like, just not as much. Whenyou do get hungry, look down at your feet. If you can t see them, you are not starving to death. If there is fat around your waist, youare beginning to FEEL the fact that you are now burning morecalories than you are taking in, not starving. That s what thoseinitial hunger pangs are telling you.And you re on your way!
Eat a balanced meal and practice portion control if you feel you are overweight. Get alot of excercise too.

First and foremost. I was crushed yesterday when I came across a page titled Ana lover for life and I could not figure out what it was talking about, then I realized what it was. This was a page that was supporting the life style of those who are choosing to be anorexic. So I emailed the gal a nineteen year old from New York about my thoughts on the page and how loosing weight is not soley about the calories that you take in over a twenty-four hour peroid and then burn off we eat in order to take in nutients into our bodies and nurish our selves. That is was eating should be about is what is nurishing, what has vitamins and minerals and less saturated fats and not trans fats. But in order to help you understand that I will start with the basics. You have to burn 3555 calories in order to lose one pound. But your normal caloric intake should be around 2500-3000 depending on how active you are. So if you are say running a good pace for 30 min. do some sit up and go out find some aerobic exersize vidoe that takes 30 min to do get up and do it while others in your house are still sleeping, drink 8 ozs of water and eat within 1 hour of waking up, make sure to include a high protien diet for breakfast so eat your meats at this time. If you are like me and you like to eat suasage, buy it as lean as possible and then make patties out of it either cook it fresh or freeze it in patties for convience and when you cook it press out the grease. If you are a potatoe lover like me and what those hashbrowns, make your own but switch to enova oil it costs more but if you use it sparingly in small portions it will last you. Enova is made so that less is stored in the body as fat. You should try to include an apple or a banana with your breakfast everyday and cut out drinking soda and all of those sweets. We i was aournd 14 or 15 I weighted a lot like 170 or 80 and i used skim milk, fat free everything, no sugars, If it baked i would eat it in moderation and in not just talking about baked potatoes I mean crackers and chips. I would run a lot I picked a time of day that I would go and run and I picked out a route and told my siblings where i was running incase something happends. I would fun for ten min straight a fast pace jog if you will and then i would slow it down and walk a fast pace for ONE min only. If I was good i exersized and ate right at then end of the week I would allow myself to have a candy bar. I had to change everything about my life it is about a lifestyle change and it is up to you. You make the choices that will let you get where you wanna go with weight loss. get a nutition book and read it for a guide get to understand what is good and what is bad for you. Trans fats are fats that your body cannot process they are man made and any product that say partially or just hydrogentated on them are processed by humans and contain fats that our cannot process. We take the good fat and use them to make other produces and in this process we create a bad byproduct. Understand that red meat like hamburger and pork and deer have cholesterol in them and the more of these that you eat the worse off your cholesterol is gonna be. And the most important I think off all of the advise i have to give is inderstand how your body uses fat for energy
Same tips as for anyone else (in good health).1. Eat healthy2. Keep your calorie intake to a reasonable level 3. Exercise regularly
1)keep a good attitude and never lose will power2)keep the foods low carb, low fat, and low calorie3)walk every day for 30 minutes4)eat 6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to boost your metabolism5)brush your teeth after each meal
I know you ll hate hearing this yet again--- but healthy food choices. Exercise in whatever way you enjoy--swim, dance, hike etc. Make sure it is fun for you, though, or you will not want to continue it--- and exercise is one of the main keys to weight control and health in general.Try going all natural Like, no junk... whole grains instead of white bread and pasta...cut out the fried or greasy stuff...cut out all but an occasional sweet, and then try to make it a healthy one...Eat three GOOD meals a day plus about three small healthy snacks. Drink lots of water...no crappy diet drinks, and no sugar filled ones either. If you cut all meat from your diet you will probably lose a bunch of weight just like that. Be sure to get enough protein with soy products and other beans, nuts, etc.do a little research on healthy veg diets--- your body will thank you by losing fat, your skin will clear up (if you have problems there) and you will be helping the environment.
