How to lose Weight fast?! HELP ME? -

My friends say I don t need to but I feel really big and fat. So can anyone tell me how I can lose weight FAST AND EASY? PLEASE. I want to be in shape for Christmas

stop eating solids and go on a liquid diet and i dont mean booze

u @ scool?? get up early and say uve eaten, skip luch at scool and the eat only ur dinner and don t snack (thats the hardest part) the weight will soon come off. lol xx

Please help!!I need advice to lose weight fast? -

I need to lose at least 10 pounds fast.I need to lose in a month.I don t really have time to work out.I know its unhealthy to take diet pills and such but are there any out there i could take to help me lose some weight faster within a month??or are there any foods i can eat to help me lose weight quicker??

losing weight fast isn t really the best way to go about it. a pound a week is what all you should be losing. if you lose more than that a week then it will pack on the weight quicker when you stop the diet. buuuut....if you want it quick go on a high protein low carb diet....around 80g of carbs a day. going for a 2 mile run a day which should only take around 15 min or so....everyone has time for that.
