If you wanna lose weight without exercising then dieting is your only choice. There are certain fruits that has protein breaking enzymes like pineapples that can help you lose weight rapidly.

(First of all, check with your physician, who should be able to tell you how to lose weight healthily while taking into consideration your particular physical status and any health issues you may have.)There are many fad diets, but it all comes to this: picture a half-filled bath tub, a faucet filling it, and water leaving it through a partially closed drain. To get the water level of the tub to go down, you can either start to turn off the water going to it from the faucet, or open up the drain. If you want the level to go down quickly, you shut off the faucet and fully open the drain.Your body is the bath tub.Your body mass (weight) is the water in the tub, the faucet filling it is the food you eat (calories taken in), andthe flow down the drain is the sum of what you excrete and the energy spent (calories out.)To lose weight, minimize calories in and maximize calories out; close the faucet and open up the drain. Keep it healthy - don t do anything drastic.Slow the in-flow from the faucet: look up your daily caloric intake requirements on a table, and make sure that the food you eat (to give you the caloric intake you need) is what your body needs for energy and sustenance - no junk food. Before you put food in your mouth, ask yourself will this build muscle or provide energy, or do I just want it because I m hungry and it tastes good? There you go, now your tub is not filling as fast.Now you need to open up the drain a bit (calories out.) I think most people can do this: walk. I have found that I can drop body fat just as easily (and I really think quicker) by walking at a rapid pace instead of running. I like the treadmill for the reason that you can find the best combination of speed and incline for you, such that you break a sweat but are not out of breath . That s the point you want to reach, your body starts to sweat to eliminate heat, and that heat comes from burning fat. If you re not sweating, you re not burning enough fat to meet your goal. Another note, the sweat needs to be from the heat your body generates from physical activity, not from wearing some kind of thermal suit. As you warm up, you may have to increase the speed/incline to keep working hard (but not too hard - you should be able to converse.) Walk at a slightly faster than normal pace for 10 minutes, then bring speed/incline up to the point of sweating, breathing hard/but not out of breath, do that for 45 minutes, then back to normal walking pace for 5 minutes to cool down.If you can t do 45 minutes at first, then adjust your speed/incline so you can do at least 20 minutes, and over time work up from there.For me, doing the treadmill every day and minimizing caloric intake, I dropped 5 lbs. the first week and over 10 months went from 29% body fat to 14%, and from 229 lbs. to 180 lbs. About 6 months into the cardio/aerobic and diet, I started strength training with weights, and went up to 192 lbs at 12% body fat. I m in my 40 s.

to lose weight u need to eat right and have a workout plan 5-6 days a week.u have to want it. ***try this u need to change ur diet. eat six times a day. ea of ur 3 main meals needs to combine a lean protein such as chicken breast ground turkey turkey bacon egg whts also combine that with a complex carb such as a baked potato or sweet potato wild rice brown rice oatmeal or girts. also add fresh fruit and vegies to lunch and dinner. pick fruits low in sugar like pears and berries. if u get canned vegies get ones with low sodium. eat every 3-4 hrs keep ur metablism moving.***also the most important part is WATER drink at least 64oz. no soda or juice. water will curve ur cravings. u need to hit cardio 3-4 times a week running outside it great workout if u can hit a gym and cardio machine is great at least 30mins***also add weight/strength training 3 times a week.u can google free weight traning guides anywhere. its not hard to find things for free. also for those wanting sexy hot abs. a nice toned stomach comes from a body with low body fat. so if ur overweight and u do a million crunches or any ab workout you r wasting your time!!! cant see the muscles under fat. low body fat equals=a nice flat toned stomach. ***plan ur meals ahead of time.always have a healthy snack with u so u wont be tempted to eat fast food. also if u wait to late to eat u will get so hungry u will eat the world. make time to work out start out with 30 mins then increase.its ur body treat it right. ur diet alone can help lose weight but working out makes ur body look good. shows muscles and tight skin which is sexy and beautful. stick with it ur body will amaze u!!! to be healthy and look great u need both in ur life. good luck email me if u have further questions

okay so i want to lose like around 10 to 15 pounds hopefully by august or before theni m 5 8 and 120 lbs and people say i m really thin. but i feel lik i ve gained a lot of weight in the past 2 years. i m supposedly naturally thin, but oh well.i ve started replacing my drinks with vitaimin water and just regular waterwhat other steps do you suggest i take

I have done it all! I do not recommend losing fast, but Slimfast is the best way to do this. Eat a salad with chicken or other meat at night and 2 slimfast meals a day. I am 46 and have done a lot to maintain my great figure. How I do that now is by eating small meals that contain highly nutritious foods like fish, meat, eggs, veggies, fruit, oils and dairy. And, I excercise a little everyday (15 mins). fruit for snacks. Never eat junk food like chips, soda, candy, rarely eat baked foods.

Oh my goodness. Seriously, seriously, seriously, if you are 5 8 and 120 pounds, you do not need to lose weight. If you were previously thinner and maybe your clothes are fitting a little tight, then if you must take some weight off it should only be around 3 lbs. You are already underweight and any doctor would advise you NOT to try and lose weight. Underweight = Less than 18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater If you lost just 10 lbs your BMI would be 16.7, even lower than the BMI at which most anorexics are forced to be hospitalized. 15 lbs would put you at 16.0. At this weight you could actually be straining your heart.Please make a wise decision, for your own health!Also, you may not realize it, but sometimes too thin is not really very attractive. You ay have gained a little weight over the past few years, but have you ever thought that you might look better noe than before? Every woman looks good with a few curves, and I can guarantee you don t have rolls. LOL

don t drink vitamin water! it will make you gain weight, actually.just stick to water for when you re thirsty, and add lemon to it if you want some flavor. other steps, just go walking or running a few times a week, and eat lean, healthy meals.

Medifast is a great way to loose weight quickly, I lost 5 pounds the first week i was on it. It takes a lot of effort to do it but it work fast. Good Luck!

5 8 and 120 sounds really thin to me. maybe you should see a doctor before you start to lose anymore weight. You could have an eating disorder.

i m 5 7 and weigh 190....... yea i kno too muchi wanna be about 125 by the time i get my license which is in about 15 weeks, is this possible?

125 is way too low, and no, you can t get there in 15 weeks - it would be immensely stressful for your body and heart, and your body would probably take over and you d just gain the weight back plus some. I d aim for 15 lbs in 15 weeks - and even that is pushing it. If you want to get down to, say, 155, I d do it over a much longer period of time. It will be worth it in the long run. Good luck - why not try a program like weight watchers? Also, there is a registry of people who have lost considerable weight and kept it off. Google it, and they have some good research on what has helped people. One major factor is eating breakfast. Take care of yourself!! That will always pay off in the attractiveness department and will make you feel better, too.

I know someone who tried EVERYTHING. Anything you could think of, she tried, she ended up getting a Lap-Band Surgery. After that she found out she had a disease, where what ever she ate, she would gain weight. Everyone is differnet. If you are REALLY having trouble, talk to your doctor. Try Weight Watchers, after a while if you see no results, try something else, if all fails. I would say look online for How long you should exersise, How much you should eat, etc. If you want to get a surgery, I would suggest Lap-Band, it s not as painful or as drastic as the bypass.What ever you do, I hope you find results. I lost about 6 pounds a week when I drank water about 8 large glasses of water a day with exercise. Eat but measure your food and that will help and then your stomach will shrink and it won t require as much to fill you up. I really did the best when I went to weight watchers and had people I was accountable to. I didn t want to show up and not have lost any weight so I worked hard. They also have great recipes.. Don t get down if you don t lose a lot of weight each week it will go up and down. Good luck!!

I have always been overweight and I am 20! I lost 40 lbs and I am going on strong with continuing to lose:) I m so proud of you foro wanting help because that is the beginning of recogninzing the problem! I do lots of cardio...weights and yoga:) You should talk to your parents and maybe get a fmaily gyn membership. They should waat to help! Excersizing is very important but if you do not change your eating habits, you are not going to see results.Don t drink soda!Lots of water!Eat six small meals a day!When you are full, stop eating!NO fast food!Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine meals are nice because it deals with portion control!You have to WANT it bad enough!I hope everything works out and you start working out!!! Join a team at school and have fun with it!

Do some aerobic/cardiovascular exercises 3-4 times a week, for 45 minutes.This may be too much if you don t exercise much. If so, start 2-3 times a week for about 30. Get your heart pumping, then let it slow down, then get it pumping again. Look up interval training. Great for fat burning.Mix in some weight training too. You don t need to build muscle...just tone and support them. Muscle will burn calories on its own, while you re just sitting there, so very important.Since you re a teen, I wouldn t cut back too much on calories, cause you re still growing. Maybe cut back 500 or so. Basically, watch your portion size, and no seconds. Eat plenty of veggies and fruits. No processed carbs, like white bread or pasta.Be patient and look for encouragement when you can get it. It may take several months to even lose 30.

Im assuming you dont exercise. Start by doing that. Join an after school activity or something. Go running on the week ends. Stop with the sodas. You WILL notice a difference if you do this. Try eating less junk. Instead of snacking on chocolate, and all that trash, try fruit. Eat less bread, pasta and pizza. Basically, try a healthier diet. Dont try anything too extreme though. You re still young, and growing, and it would be terrible if you developed an eating disorder. Its horrible living with one. Hope i helped =)Good luck

I was 225lbs...The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
