I want to know how to lose weight? -

i am 135 pounds and i have an athletic build, and i play basketball and i m like 5 7 but i still have baby fat and would like to get some muscles on my upper legs and arms, help

well how old are you? first of all, keep on playing, dont be so self centered, baby fat could be sexy too, and well you want to gain some muscles in your legs? well just remember is is the longest and pivotal muscle of the body, go to the gym, but begin at your house do some squats, that is the best one really, hey i was a marine so i know about this ok!!! and get on it and give me 20 recruit!!! by the way get some vitamines, antioxidants, and a good diet.

Exersize And Eat Right.

set a target, don t be lazy, eat less, drink black coffee, tea and lots of water.

stop drinking tea, coffee, juice s etc... drink only bottled or filtered water, and watch the pounds fly off you.

dont eat

go on a diet.try to only eat veggies for a weeksee what happensexercise every week will help out

to get more musscle/lose weight u start off by doing small thing like running for half an hour, then keep on building on the time. for ur arms, wat i did was start and say 10 push ups do them twice a day, and after 3 days and 1 to 5 more. hope this has helped u

That sound like you are thin to me. 5 7 is tallish, for a girl and medium height for a male. You are in a perfect weight for your height. If you want to look more toned just do light weight exercise and jog, ride a bike or swim.

do some curls with small dumbbells. That will take care of the arm fat. Do some running drills, not jogging, but sprints. That will strengthen your legs.

Strange, I am 5 7 too and I weigh 134, but I think this is a perfect weight for this height. If you loose more weight you will look too skinny!

I have heard of this thing called Herbalife . My sis used it and lost weight. Personally, I prefer consistent aerobics. Brisk walking is a gr8 way to lose weight.

You don t want to lose all that weight. I would recomend going to a weight room and turn it into muscle cuz chicks ******* dig the whole ripped look. I was fat in middle school then over the summer i lifted hard core now I m getting chicks everywhere.

Lose Weight without spending money and being a student? -

Well i suppose this is a good place to ask...i was wondering if anyone here knew of a way to lose weight fast (ish)...while im not fat im not the weight i want to be either...please also take into consideration im out of a job right now so money is out of the question and im a full time student...meaning from 6 am to 3pm im at school....some specifics i know will help answers...i do eat breakfast...low sugary cereali dont eat lunch due to my schedule (being a student)i do eat dinner (small plate)as far as excercise goes....im looking for something i enjoy doing so far most of it has been a chore and i quit after a short period of time...i get very little sleep (i know thats bad but im working on it)well thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me out.....

Short and simple answer: join an intramural sport. They are fun, you can put together your own team if you know enough guys and/or gals, they are free, and you don t have to leave campus to do them. And they run at all different times after classes at most colleges so it is likely that you can find something that you like. And if you don t like it, you can quit and pick up another one. Nice way to meet new people too.

try to walk to ur school, that should cut ur weight and add ur money, coz u dont have to pay anythin unless ur school is far from ur home

If you actually only eat what you have listed above, I think you should be underweight right now...? I eat a lot more than this and I m in the border line of being underweight and normal weight.

I would start off by modifying your diet. Try to eat oatmeal and a piece of fruit. You can fix a sandwich with turkey and spinach for lunch. Have some carrots for a snack or an apple. Drink plenty of water. Add a salad to your dinner too. Do you walk to school or do you drive? Try to park away from campus if you do drive, so you can get some exercise walking to and from your car. Do you have any friends that can loan you some exercise tapes? Or do some jumping jacks, sit-ups, and push-ups (etc), while you watch television, or take a break from your studying and jog in place. Any movement will help. You do need to get plenty of sleep so that your body can recover from the previous day. What keeps you from going to bed at 10 (besides studying)? You need to eat a healthy breakfast. Fruits and healthy cereal.Since your schedule doesn t allow lunch then you ll just have to have 2 meals a day so don t eat a light breakfast.Taking walks is more effective than running or treadmill.Whatever exercise you choose, do it at least 30 minutes(continually, no breaks) a day or every other day.You need to drink plenty of water too.You shouldn t eat between meals or eat late.
