1. dont bank on the words fast , easy , simple quick ....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss- fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal eating in advance)7. dont trust myths like no food after 7pm ...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal... 8. you should give yourself a year, after a year all the weight that is gonna come off without excercise will be gone, you need to focus on your new baby, just don t turn to anything crazy like drugs or diet pills, cause they don t work. you usually gain it all back after getting off the aid. chaseing after 3 kids will help peel off the pounds.

If I do an hour of cardio in the morning and an hour in the evening, will that help me lose weight faster? -

I m no expert, but I can tell you that exercise early in the morning helps you burn 3 times more than on a regular basis. I ve done it before so I am living proof.All you have to do is, when you wake up in the morning, do a 30 minute cardio workout to get your heart racing and then eat breakfast within 30 minutes to help your body get on track for the day. You MUST eat breakfast otherwise it won t work. I d recommend a jog. Listen to your ipod - some great tunes with a nice beat! This helps to burn fat faster because your body uses up the stored fat at night while you sleep to keep functioning. It improves your metabolism and you ll generally have a much better day.As for the exercise in the night; I m sure it will be a lot of fun but it doesn t really help doing exercise at night because your body slows down the fat burning process so you won t wake up in the middle of the night crying with hunger.

I used to always snack and eat candy but now I am trying not to eat any sweets and no snacks in between meals, so do you think will lose weight just by doing that??

Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Eating less sugar is a great way to lose weight. When you drop the sweets such as candy, cakes, cookies, etc...you will notice the weight to start dropping. Just be prepared for the cravings. Try to get yourself some sugar free hard candies to suck on, or chew sugar free gum. Good luck!
