The best way to lose fat is cardio I would say jump roping or jogging.. you could also try some strength training exercises as well that will also help you to burn the fat as well as tighten up the problem areas. but you definitely should watch what you eat as well otherwise all your efforts will only be going to burn off what you ve eaten rather then the fat that is already stored. I wouldn t say go on a diet because I don t believe in diets.. if you go on a diet then you have to go off a diet later right. I think it is better to change your life long eating habits by choosing healthy foods that you like and watching your portion sizes.. not calorie counting or only eating radishes or some other diet that you know you will probably give up on.
There is basically no food, no herbal treatment or any exercise to remove fat from a particular area, regardless of what anyone says. You must follow the fundamental rules of weight lose, you should do exercises which would have impact on your whole body. But if you are aiming a particular area perform the exercises more which help in shaping that area compared to others. You have absolutely no control about where your weight appears and you really can t direct weight loss to any particular part of your body. You need to look at the whole you !I assume you want to lose this weight permanently? If that s the case then don t go on a diet - your weight loss will only be short-term. If you want to lose weight permanently you need to get rid of the bad habits that make you fat and learn new slim habits...see below.Weight will always come back unless you change your habits. In MY opinion, I think the best game for you AND the most fun is Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party 2.It s a REALLY good workout for your legs, and I know that from experience. Even if you re a guy, and you think, Oh, Dance Dance Revolution is too GIRLY! , it s still really fun, there are pretty cool songs that guys will like, and, when you play it, you re OBSESSED and you never wanna stop.And if you get a bad grade on it, don t let it bother you. I got bad grades at first, too, but tonight, I got an AA on Basic!
This is best achieved with a combination of exercise and diet. Most exercises won t do anything for the butt, you need to work very specific muscles. Also, you can have the strongest glutes in the world, but if they re hidden under a layer of fat (and cellulite), nobody will see them.
