How do I lose weight fast? -

I was just wondering if anyone knew how I can lose weight kinda quick. I exercise constantly, do 250 crunches everyday and drinks tons of water but my metabolism sucks so I am not sure what else I can do..I eat pretty healthy. Any suggestions?

how do you know if your metabolism sucks? most people i know who think they eat healthy, don t actually know what they eat. and it turns out to be junk. and i don t consider 250 crunches everyday proper exercise. If you want to lose weight the right way, go on a balanced diet of 12 calories per lb of bodyweight, go weight train, and do some cardio. aim for 1-2 lbs per week of weight loss MAX!!!if you want to do it fast (like one of my friends who lost 90 lbs in 3 months, looked like absolute crap, and got sick then had to gain all the weight back again), starve yourself for a couple of months and do streneous cardio for 2-3 hours per day. you will lose a ton of weight, but neither you, or your health will like it.hope that helps.

i recommend swimming, i am a swimmer. 6 1 and 110 pounds of muscle.i have no fat and if you do this enough you can loose weight fasti lost 40 pounds in a month doing this. when they pain comes keep going till you wanna die, then do a little more :)it works trust me :) also you get strong fast!

Losing weight quick just doesn t happen.If you lose fast you are losing water or eating muscle. The water weight will come right back. The muscle loss will make you just look scary.Try walking more,eating more often-small amounts of calories, like 200 to 300 every few hours. Drink the water .Let your mind except yourself as a thin person.don t give up it takes time but it happens.I almost forgot buy a hula hoop. Research the benefits of one you will be amazed.

Cardio, cardio cardio. Crunches are fine, but if you do running, cycling, intense swimming etc they will burn many more calories. Remember to take 2 days off and maybe a high calorie day to shock your metabolism into action. Overdoing it will put your body into stress mode.Remember to eat enough food because if you dont, your body freaks out and hangs on to your fat, while at the same time impairing thyroid function.

What types of foods should I eat to lose weight fast? -

Eating food is the problem. Stop eating all food; you will lose weight fast; and you will die. Got it? I don t recommend it, but it works.

I ll say japanese foods like sushi and stuff.. no matter how much you eat it, theyre fish, rice and vegetables..

Protein fruits vegetables and water....small amounts of carbs. Make sure it s well balanced and that you are getting enough calcium too. You don t want to eat less than 1200 calories a day or lose more than 2 lbs a week if you want to achieve your goals a healthy way.

there are no food products that make u lose weight.. just try eating healthy like vegetables and fruits and decrease the portions you take...drinking lots of water also helps and ofcourse exercise! hope this helps! good luck =)

There are no foods that will help you loose weight fast , but eating less will definitely help you loose weight. About every 1000 calories you cut out of your diet will cause you to loose one pound. You need to be careful when you do this, though, because you could end up becoming anorexic. Talk with a doctor or a nutritionist before doing anything!!!

u should drink lemon juice

In moderation, vegetables, fruits, meat, (chicken without the skin, no steak). Inhale limited carbohydrates and drink lots and lots of WATER! No crystal light, no soda, no iced-tea. Just WATER!

high fiber, high protien, low carbohydrates and avoid fats and fizzy drink, drink plently of water and fresh juice and walk half an hour everyday in moderate speed. This is the easiest way i can explain and simple change for you to do which in long term makes you healthy, strong and fit.

Brown bread, oats, 6-8 glasses of water to flush unwanted out.., cerials, types of beans, roasted white bread, ( it is not brown bread,, ) .. Avoid fat .. pizzas, ice creams, milky food items, coconut products, ham..In take a lot of green vegetables.. but do not over cook it,, Preserve the greenary in your dish.... Eat low cal sugar..etc.,,, plus daily excercises

Cut your carbs. reduce the amount of food you eat. No more than 30 grams of carbs per meal

start jogging and doing situps .......eat less exersice more....works everytime

Spend as much time MOVING as possible - swim, walk, bike, roller blade. Anything that keeps you moving. If the weather is miserable - high heat and humidity - try going to the mall - BEFORE IT OPENS - and walk there. Many malls have mall walkers - generally grownups, but so what.Stay away from fried foods, junk foods. Eat as much fresh food as possible - not lots and lots of food, just lots and lots of fresh. Stay away from processed foods - fresh veggies as steamed or salads, fresh fish (cooked of course) and fresh chicken (also well cooked)Best of luck - you ve got the drive, now go DO IT!

you can walk everyday.. eat 3 healthy meals a day.. [fruits and vegetable for snacks] or simply cut down on what you eat [dont eat as much] .. and you can search on the web for the 3 day diet ... if you liek that=]

ok this really works, try to not eat over 40 carbs a day, that means no potatoes, rice, bread, or anything else of the sort. you can eat all the meat, and fruit, and veggies you want, and if you feel like u need something sweet, just get some fat free jello and put a mountain of whipped cream on it. also only diet soda. if u need 2 know how man carbs something has, just look at the nutrition facts, find the carbs and then, if any subtract the sugar alcohols, and fiber, any kind will doex:carbs: 18sugar alcohol: 7dietary fiber: 2 your total of net carbs would be 9do this for one month and you ll lose 20lbs guaranteed and after the first month, the weight will just melt offdon t cheat and after a while u wont even crave the stuff you ve given upand you don t have to exercise

Sorry to say this but you need to face reality!! You will not be able to lose it that quick... But I was 130 three months ago and now I am 118 from just doing simple weight lifting, swimming, and any kind of semi-intense activity 3-4 times a week. But remember to stretch before and after. stop eating junk food (chips, cola, sweets, chocolates.. etc). eat more vegetables. go running. plenty of exercises daily will help u shed the kilos.
