How do I lose weight? -

I am 5 0 and i am 15 and i have huge arms, thighs, and a fat belly, but other than that I have a small frame...Ive considered going anorexic but I get so hungry! I weigh 132 pounds and want to lose weight FAST...what do i do?

you can t lose weight fast in a healthy way. just don t eat out that much and don t eat a lot of junk food. exercise a little bit. make sure you re getting good nutrition.

There s two ways you could go and I think either way will work for you. Ok, For the first time, you have to stop eating mc donald s, kfc and other restaurants our fast food.If you won t do it, you will never win this battle.Seccond thing, you should eat more fruits and respect the other s reccomandations. Measure your food, calories, glucides and all the stuff. An therapist would know how to help with the right advice. Do not and do not believe in miracles with miracle cures like tea and amazing substance.You should eat more healthy and more equilibrate, do more sport, and move.

knock off 500 calories from your diet a day seven days a week, whch will allow you to lose a pound of fat per week. 7 x 500 = 3500 calories(1 lb of fat). this is healthy weight loss.

Just get a fat boyfriend so you look like the healthy one.

You can t just go anorexic it s a disease..My advice, is you eat less and workout a lot more, which in your case is ...actually start working out..

I am doing this research for a Women s Studies class that I am participating in and your opinions would be greatly appreciated.How do you feel about the ads in women s magazines that constantly talk about losing weight and gaining the perfect body? Do you think that it lowers self esteem for girls that do not look like that? Also, do you think that it would cause more eating disorders pressuring girls to be skinnier?

I think too much emphasis is put on women to have a skinny body, rather than a healthy body (like you find in men s magazines). I m all for weight maintenance, when done properly, through well-balanced nutrition and exercise. Those miracle diets that make women believe they can take a pill lose 50 lbs. overnight really annoy me though. People need to be educated on NUTRITION... this should be a required course in highschool. If more females, and males, understood how the body works there would be far less pressure and/or desire to be skinny malnutritioned... and less insecurity.

Yes. Not only that ,but its teaching them a lie. That you cant lose weight without a pill or particular program.

Not eating at all or eating one small thing is starvation mode crap Your body will turn on it s self and you will loose muscle before fat. The best thing to do is eat three small well balanced meals, and two snacks everyday, drink plenty of water, exercise and get plenty of rest. Anything other than that, you are doing way more harm to your body than good.

Not eating at all is not healthy.Drink lots of water, cut out all sodas and high cholesterol/high calorie/high fat content foods.Work out.

you re an idiot. starvation mode is when your body holds fat, because it is trying to KEEP YOU ALIVE.go on a diet. run, walk, do yoga. if you dont eat or eat very little, you will keep the weight and put even put on some more.
