Does anyone know any weight loss tips? -

It kind of runs in my family to be overweight. But the teasing is just to much to bare with anymore for me. I dont wanna cry all the time. Dont wanna be single forever. So does anyone no any tips of weight loss? I prefer ones that work quick. Yeah, i know exercise, but with my schedule, thats not so easy. I have P.E., but i m afraid that won t help. its pretty straight forward but hard to do but exercise and diet are the only ways i can think of legitmately... when you eat eat slower... ittl let your food settle and prevent you for over eat... chew your food thoroughlyexercise is probably the most important set a schedule and commit to it

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. Is it possible to lose 25 pounds in one month? -

i m 5 4. i weight about 180 pounds. my goal weight is about 155. i m only in high school and i really don t want my weight to mess up my life. i would like to know how i could lose about 25 pounds in 4 weeks. since i m already overweight, would it be easier for me to lose weight more quickly vs. someone who isn t overweight. i really need some motivation because i am lazy but i m determined to do this. motivations and weight loss tips are greatly appreciated!!!Thanks!

yes it is :) first lose your water weight so it will boost your confidence (10 pounds about) btw you can do that by drinking more water. then lose the other 15 pounds any way you would like btw cardio is the most effective in my oppinion....

Drink water. Eat the corrrect proportions. all Restaurants in US serve twice to three times the correct portion size.Exercise every day. Could just mean 30 minutes a day. or if you want to burn more off, then you ll want to adjust that. You should find out your target heart rate if you truly want to burn it off.This is a lifestyle change if you want to keep it off. it should become a regular part of your daily life. You can always indulge once in a while but remember to do it in moderation.

jenny craig worked great for me. sans that...cuz it is expenseive...keep your calories under a certian amount per day. The exact amount depends on your current weight and your sex. (like 1200 for a woman, 1500 for a guy) A doctor can tell you and there are some web sites that calculate it for you (google it) . If you do that and excercise every day....cardio one day, weights the alternate day, you will burn calories, increase you melabolism, and build muscle which in turns burns more fat.Good Luck
