But all that comes as you get past the getting started part. Once you get started the more you will want to do and the more capable you will get until you have a regular habbit going. yes. get good walking shoes and try to do 3miles a day and you ll lose weight and firm up... also, if you kick up your daily fiber intake you ll really lose weight... LOVE YOURSELF...and dont eat Icecream, cookies, candy, soft drinks, cake,or pizza. Cut the carbs. Cut the fat. Count the calories. Try jogging, swimming, and sports.Dont eat fast until you are full.
