Can drinking loads of water help you lose more weight or lose weight faster? -

i drink the recommended amount of water a day but what i wanted to know is if i drink a hell of a lot more water and give my body a toilet flush if that makes sence lmao...Will it make me lose weight faster or help me lose more weight?

yes drinking alot of water will help( on top of diet and cardio of course) on its own it will do nothingyes u can drink too much, but u basically would have to drink constantly nonstop all day for that to happen

This is not a good weight loss plan. You can overload on water and cause some serious electrolyte imbalances. Serious like ending up in the hospital on IV fluids.You should be drinking 2L to 2.5L of water or clear fluids per day. If you get into more than that, you re drinking more than you need, assuming a normal body and activity level.Losing weight is a matter of consuming slightly fewer calories than you expend every day.

drinking water will help you loose weight as you will feel fuller faster. BUT make sure you eat appropriatley while you do this. A good rule of thumb would be to eat sensible meals and follow them with a glass of water. Before you decide to snack drink a glass of water wait 10 min. then if you still have the desire to snack eat something lite. Good luck

Yes, it will help you lose more weight because it will keep you full and so you won t be able to eat as big of meals. Also, sometimes our bodies confuse hunger for thirst, so if you are properly hydrated you won t have that problem.=]

No, you can actually drink to much water . but to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume.

Here s what I did:I stopped eating all sugar and wheat-based products for 2 weeks, except for fruit. All I ate was meat, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Also drink cold water instead of soda or juice because 1. It s healthier, and 2. Your body uses fat to heat up the cold water, helping you lose weight quicker. Also make sure you re eating the amount of calories you should be eating, and less if you want to lose wieght. Also run or jog all the time. And change up your exercises from time to time to keep your body from getting used to it. Also, when the 2 weeks are up, you can start eating whole grains. This diet is also known as the Southbeach diet.

Burpees can be a great way to burn fat fast and an exercise you can do at home. Search on the internet for a description of how to do a burpee.Another suggestion is to buy a skipping rope and skip 20 minutes every day.Kris

No this isn t true, I lost about 25 lbs on the southbeach diet. I haven t exercised once. I was 135 and now am about 110. It took maybe three months. Its a healthy diet and I feel great. It does require you to completely change the way you eat. Its a pretty simple diet and I love the results. Southbeach.com will have everything you needNow I still do have a bitof a gut and I know that in order to get rid of the random lbs that won t come off, I ll have to start working out. But for a starter, southbeach was amazing

At every meal, eat only half of what you would normally eat. For snacks, only eat fruits/veggies or other healthy low calorie foods. Exercise is key in losing weight quickly, so rent a workout DVD from your library or search youtube for workout videos. Also, jumproping burns about 100 calories every ten minutes, and everyone has 10 minutes. Good luck.

There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible.The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don t count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I m at my goal weight now. find a friend who will go on a diet with you and you two can exersize together, and it will keep you motivated because it s hard to do alone, but when you have someone doing it along with you, it s easier.
