If i eat less calories than i burn will i lose weight? -

My BMR says that i burn 1688 calories while i am at rest. I am watching my caloric intake and am eating about 1000 to 1100 calories a day. I also excrecise daily and have cut all sugar and sweets from my diet. Will this make me lose weight faster. I just had a baby and really need to lose a lot of weight.

If youre eating 1100 cals per day youre GUARANTEED to eventually end up weighing more. Trust me - i gained 20 pounds by doing this. You should be eating no less than 1500. You have definately ruined your metabolism so youll gain a bit at first then start losing. You will still get thin - ive already lost 16 pounds and I eat 1500 per day and dont work out. I an 5 5 and weigh 125 now (down from 141).

Some other ways to raise your metabolism , if even for a short while, is taking cold showers/drinking really cold beverages, using a sauna regularly, and drinking green tea. To loose a lot of weight get in-shape, and feel great all you have to do is do 15-20 min of EXTREAM cardio, every other day or in other words 3-4 times a week. What i mean is in the 15-20 min you have to push your self to you limit, instead of taking a light jog for 4 hours, but sprinting for 20 min you will increase you metabolism, and burn more calories through the whole day, when your setting doing nothing you will be burning a lot more calories because of this. Also of course eat healthy, and another great way to loose weight is to start weight lifting, b/c muscles burn lots of calories. How can i lose weight, healthy and fast? -

On Valentines Day, I m going to a waterpark with my youth group. I want to look good, and lose weight, FAST. But healthy. I m 5ft 7in. I weigh about 145-150, and carry my weight in my belly (ugggghh). How can i get rid on it !!?!?!?!!?!?

Sorry to break it to you girl but there s isn t a way to lose weight fast. If you want to lose weight you have to play by the rules by exercising and eating right. Skipping meals and going on diet can actually make you put on weight. This is because during this time you might lose weight because your body is using up its stored fat and muscles. Since muscles weigh more than fat when you start eating when you can t take it anymore. The muscle you lost during your diet will be replaced with stored calories causing you to go back to your original weight and worst then before. I think its best if you estbalish a SMART goal. if you want to do it healthy, my first advice is don t try to figure it out on your own! there are some professionals out there who can give you the best advice in the world!What I do know tho is that losing weight fast is never really healthy. to be efficient is has to happen gradually, otherwise you ll just gain everything back once you stop your diet. Try to get food that has a bit less fat and less sugar, (but don t completely cut on fat and sugar, your body needs it!) and get a lot of fibers, they make you feel fuller longer. also go for variety in your plate: if you see many different colours, that s a good thing (except if it s skittles or smarties lol)Take care and good luck!
