who the hell tells a 14 year old girl to go buy pills, jesus....look, exercise, and not eating shitty foods will help you lose weight. less soda, less snacks, less crap you know. everyone wants the fast and easy way to lose weight. im tellin ya, more water, less crap and you ll be just fine. ur probly mad cool, and looks aren t everything, but if it means alot to ya, then just watch ur diet, and get outside once in awhile, and you ll notice the weight coming off in no time, promise.
Considering how often gimmick diets and miracle foods constantly show up and fade away just as quickly, I believe they are little more than hit and miss. The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume. If you do this, you are guaranteed to lose weight. It is necessary to combine exercise and good diet; each by its self is insufficient. In order for you to be successful in this, you need to start off slowly, which means no crash diets and no 4 hour running marathons. These strategies are in no way sustainable. As far as exercise, pretty much anything that burns calories is fine. As far as diet, avoid simple carbohydrates (sugars) and fats.
Take a look at your diet and your exercise. Cut out all junk food 6 days a week, and allow yourself to splurge on, say, Sunday. (This way, you won t go crazy!) Also, cut down on your portions. If you usually eat 2 cups of cereal, for example, only eat 1.5 cups and an extra glass of water. Eat nutritious foods! The more nutrients you consume, the less hungry you will feel because your body will already have gotten its nutrients. Start exercising regularly too, and build up to a proper level. Set yourself a goal and work toward it, but don t let it take over your life. Best of luck!
drinking lots of water, exercise in cardio and weights, eat healthy. and being 5 8 160lbs isn t that bad but at that age is whats worrying, u can do it!
