14 year old needs to lose weight fast? -

i am 14 years old and 200 LBSand i am 5 8 and i am fat. i need to lose some weight FAST!how can i do it fast?

easy enough.start running every morning, starting out slowly, then increase your pace.do stadiums.most important, CUT OUT ALL FATTY FOODS.no cokes. no sweets AT ALL if you can help it.i ve had to go through the same thing, and if you stick with it, IT WORKS.bicycling is also a great way to tone.work out with weights, or join a team at your school.easier said than done, i know lol.but 5 8 and 200 lbs is not obese by a long shot. so keep at it. don t give up, don t expect to see results too quickly. set goals for yourself, and it is important to reward yourself with some sweets every now and then. for instance, today i let myself have a root beer instead of my usual water. good luck! if ya need any help, i m here

hi i am 15 and in same persitioni am starting 2 cut out all fatty foods such as ... pizza,chocolate,crisps... ectand i am now tryin to stick to a healthy diet i have brought a dvd to work out it really incourages me ..soo i hope i helped ..and just dont hope it works in 1st week .. give it at least 1month till you notice any fink ..hope you best of luck hope we doo it :Dxxx

get a personal trainer at a gym or just get a membership and be commited to go every other day.
