Behavioral changes will help you lose weight and keep it off. Quick-fix diets may work for a bit, but their effects don t tend to last. This is the best guide I ve seen to losing weight:http://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-Fast

There aren t any. Really. Quick and healthy weight loss is a lie, a very BIG lie. The only way to lose weight in a healthy way is to slowly increase your exercise and slowly make healthier choices in your eating. It doesn t sound very exciting but its the only thing that really works.

Start a diet - any diet you find and like, as many of them are really working. I can suggest you Winter diet as you can eat as much as you want.Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance, swimIf you would like to continue - change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular dietwww best-fat-burn-strategies com (for Winter diet and tips)Good luck!

The best way and healthy way is to eat less, but still eat small amounts 6 times a day, and exercise more. If you dont eat at all the body stores fat. Keep your calories at about 1200 to 1500 a day.

A. anorexiaB. contracting AIDSC. diet and excersize NOOOO CARBS and lotts of water!

Is it possible to lose weight fast? -

please dont answer this question if your gonna tell me to eat healthy, exercize healthy, but if you have a soluition like;exercize for 4 hours a day, eat only this...., no more than 400 cals a day, and it has worked for you or someone you know, please answer.thanks.ps, be specific, eg, time, amounts, etc.

Yes it is. Low carbs, high protein. No flour, corn or corn products (including tortilla chips), potatoes, sugar, milk (whole cream okay), or alcohol for the first 14 days. Eat your fill of eggs, cheese, meat, butter, veggies like lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, etc. After about 4 days your body will go into ketosis where it is burning fat constantly. You will lose weight rapidly as long as you stay in ketosis. After 14 days of this induction period you will probably have lost around 10 pounds. This will continue as long as you stay in ketosis. You can throw your body out of ketosis by consuming sugar, potatoes, alcohol, flour, etc. (even a small amount). Once you have lost a large portion of the weight you wish to lose, you can go on a maintenance plan adding in limited whole grains, fruit, and vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, etc. It is hard to stay clear of the sugar, flour, potatoes, etc., but it does work and works fast if you do not eat foods that are high in carbs. Read labels and learn the amount of carbs in all foods. Try to get less than 20 per day for the first 14 days or for as long as you need to stay in the induction phase. To lose more weight faster, stay in the induction phase longer. Check labels on all products. A lot of products in packages (that are not necessarily good for you anyway) are high in carbs. It s not that all carbs are bad for you, it s just that if you are trying to lose weight -- fast -- they interfere with the way your body burns fat. Good luck. If you want to find out if you are in ketosis you can purchase a product called a Keto Strip that will measure the keytones in your urine and let you know if you are or are not in ketosis. If you have existing health problems, you should check with your doctor before going on this diet. It s basically the Atkins plan which has cycled in and out of popularity over the last 25 years or so. It works. I recommend reading the book or checking out the information available at www.atkins.com.
