How to lose weight as fast as possible!!!? -

Hello, I am 13 and need to lose like 15 pounds for football to be quarterback. Stupid weight limit. Dont say your to young or forget it, This is my dream and I will do anything. What do you suggest on how to lose like 16 pounds in a month. I have done it before but was half a pound over( as they say) but wasnt. I need like 1 pound a day. Thank you

Hi Dirtbikerider,Losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. A LOT of cardio, low fat, low cal, low carb diet and don t eat for a day before being weighed. Health is first though you seemed to have waited too long, so don t hurt yourself....

cut your meals in half and dont snack around ....run and sweat a lot. jump rope is good and poo before weigh in lol.

Any ideas on how to lose weight FAST? -

I have a wedding to be in in 3 weeks, but I have 2 horses plus 3 others and a small farm with my friend that we take care of and I also work close to full time. So I don t always have time to exercise. Occasionally I ll go for a run at night and 3/4 of the time I make rather healtrhy choices. Any food advice or tips of any kind?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on yourinitial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet isstill balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Even if you aren t getting in as much exercise as you would like to, try and lower your calorie intake. Eat around 1200-1500 calories every day and get in plenty of lean meat, fish, fruit + veg and yoghurt. Eat, if you can, small meals or snacks often during the day. This will speed up your metabolism and help burn the fat quicker. Try and get that run in if you can! Can t be bothered? Write down a list of the reasons why you should go for a run, why you should lose this extra weight and become a happier, healthier, slimmer person. Good luck! x

Good morning,First of all, make sure you stick to your exercise plan religiously. Shoot for around three days, one hour per day of intense exercise every week. For food advice, make your healthy choices 4/4 of the time instead of 3/4 of the time. Think of how good it will feel to finally reach your goals. No one said it will be easy, but you will be elated when your efforts finally pay off. I know I felt that way. It was the best day of my life to see those final pounds gone. What always works for me is having an intake of about 1000-1200 cals a day. I would add to that by eating very healthy and excercising 45 mins a day. Also drink lots of water and if you stick to that theres no reason why you shouldnt lose a few pounds by then. You must eat though. The one thing that is important is to stick to a plan you feel comfortable with and thats suits you.

Follow a strict diet and exercising plan. There is no way to lose weight fast, and if you dont eat, you ll end up losing muscle, not fat. It takes time to lose weight, its not a 2-3 week thing.
