How can i lose weight fast and still enjoy my school dinners when i go to sea road? -

i think im really overweight XD and it is the crimbo party soon and my friends want me to wear a skirt (tartan XD) but i still want to enjoy me dinner times

You cannot just lose weight from your bottom. If you diet you lose weight everywhere and not necessarily from the place you most want to lose it. The only way to get your bottom to look smaller, without surgery, is exercise concentrating on the area that needs most work. Even then you may not lose weight as muscle is heavier than fat, but it will look smaller and definitely more toned. If you re worried that reducing your body fat will make your top half too small incorporate excercise building muscle on your top half (shoulders, arms, back).
