I am getting married in 20 days. I need to know what is the quickest way to lose the most weight. I dont care if its not the healthiest way, its just to lose weight for now. Tell me what you did and what were the results.I was going to split an hour and 1/2 of cardio up during the day and 30 mins of weight training. and keep under 1000 calories a day.
That s a pretty crazy amount unless you re really overweight as it is.You might want to look at the best long term way to do it, peace out at the wedding with whatever goes on and do it right.Cause it s pretty obvious your approach needs some work if you re cramming it in at the last minute like this.

anavar and clenbuterol + 1hr cardio. weight training isnt going to help weight loss. and with a calorie restrictive intake is going to damage your bone desnity. it will tone u up tho. u may even find a small weight gain before a weight loss if you start doing weights.
