ok i admit this isnt healthy but i was eating one meal a day and when i had that meal it could be anything, i even had ate out at restaurants numerous times, and i lost like 20 pounds in less then month, i think it was in about 2 1/2 weeks it was hard at first but i stuck with it and honestly i havent gained anyback, i would have a medium coffee in am with cream or milk and little sugar then eat dinner around 5:30 if thats not an option go for high protein meals, you can buy soy protein powder at walmrt, if you use 1% milk and add lil fruit they arent bad and help to fill you up perfect for breakfast then just eat healthy lunch and dinner, grilled chicken, salads yogurt, veggies fruits etcexercise is main key and dont forget lots of water, keeping hydrated is VERY goodway to help weight loss
