How do I lose weight fast?!? -

I m 5 5 and 128lbs. :s I ve gained 18 pounds... Guhh. How do I lose it?

i am 5 6 and 13 and i weigh 127 pounds is that normal it looks like my thighs are pregant!!! and my stomach is getting bigger i am not going to buy any weight loss program should i drink colder water and less chocolate are ritz crackers and cherriors and special K good for you and special K does it help lose weight like it says

ok, first of all, i know this one chick who is 13, 5 6 and weighs 130 pounds, and she is incredibly skinny, but your situation may differ, ur body structure may be naturally large..........or your bones may be larger. But if your really sure you want to loose weight....and others agree you look a little chubby...and u think your unhealthy, i recamond eating a 1500 diet, full of GOOD foods, and 1% milk. Eat filling foods such a bagels or pasta, which forbid you from getting hungry. I recomend eating 300 calories for your three main meals and having 3 200 calorie snacks. Also you should do a total of 1 hour of excersise daily, and make sure they are cardio excersices. BUT PLZ PLZ PLZ, what ever you do, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF OR DO ANYTHING THAT WILL COME AT A HEAVY PRICE......life is just too good to throw down the toilet.

Hey..... omg im 13 and firstly i wanna say I d die to be tall like you, I m 5,4 and tallish but your like model tall. Ok well I have checked out every diet in the book cause Im always looking for ways to be skinnier so you can get what ever you need to know from me.Special K : Firstly you need to have a BMI of over 25 for the guarantee to actually apply, and you have a BMI of 20.5 meaing you are of normal weight for your height.... personally i dont listen to BMI cause well it depends on the person cause muscle weighs more than fat so dont trust it that musch.Colder water : Some people believe that the colder the water the more calories youll burn warming it up and therefore it ll spend up your metabolism.... this isnt proven but theres no hurt in trying, i mean its not that much more trouble so you may as well (something i do)Obviously cutting down on stuff like chocolate will give you a better chance of losing weight. Just be careful that you dont starve yourself because once you start you cant stop. Yes special k works miracles ; ) whatever u do dont starve urself u will only gain weight if u do dat. Eat more balanced meals just try not to eat after 7 pm u will see results within 2 weeks after not eating after 7
