Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up. * Always chew your food Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It��s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you��ll stick with it.

Many people go on diets some have success and some do not. I would suggest a very revolutionary thing to try. I have done this, it makes sense to me, I have lost over 30 lbs in about 6 months. I have maintained it for over a year now. First I went to a doctor for foods that my body my be allergic to. Common foods like certain meats, vet tables, fruits and sweets. I have myself analyzed and the results where very interesting. You see each person s body is different and processes food differently. Some bodies do not process vet tables like corn or squash, or meats like any fowl, pork, beef or chicken. All sorts of foods that are on a regular diet. Unless you do a food allergy test you will not know. The allergies may mastastize themselves in the body but thinking your system is in trouble and builds more fat cell to protect themselves. Well I a getting of track. So first get a food allergy check up. Then stop eating these foods. Eat the foods that are good for you and eat regular portions three times a day with three healthy snacks of some kind between the meals. This will keep your digestive system continue to work on burning calories all day long.Then start a walking or running program or exercise moderately program. Remember we are asking to lose weight not build muscles. You need to know the correct heart rate to have for your age to have your body go into the fat burning business overtime. How you find this heart rate is simple. The heart is max rate is 220 bps. Subtract your age for 220 bps, and take that figure and multiply that figure by 65% and 75%. That will give you the minimum (65%) and Maximum (75%) range you want to keep your hear rate at for a period of 45 min. Start out at least three times a day. In two weeks you will see a dramatic drop in your weight. By the way, only weigh yourself once a week. Also drink lots of water at least 3 quarts to one gal a day. You can also add unsweetened green tea to the drink list. As once you start to lose weight green tea will help maintain it also. I drink about a 3/4 of a gal a day of green tea and about 3/4 of a gal of water, some 100% Juice for a nice change.If you follow this way of eating for the rest of your life you can maintain your weight where you want it. By the way once in a while maybe once a month you can try those foods you love but your body hates if you like after the pounds come off. One more thing... try to eat as fresh of the products as you can, I am not completely sure but package foods or prepared food have a lot of preservatives in them and your body really doesn t like them at all. you said out of the ordinary.......well, you know how we re always taught to eat square meals ?I came up with this idea and lost 50 lbs in 4 months after my son was born.....What I did was eat only round things, whatever, whenever I wanted, never was hungry and felt better than ever. The thing is, you eat only things that occur naturally in a rounded shape. (this means no donuts, bagels, pepperoni slices, cookies, LOL you get the idea)oranges, eggs, peas, apples, grapes, lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, olives, peaches, cantaloupes, just go to the store and have fun looking for foods that are naturally round. When I got a craving for carbs, I ate oatmeal, the flakes are kinda round. But no bread, noodles, etc. No sugar, no soda, just water and black coffee or tea. i REALLY want to be a size 1/3 to me its the perfect size and right now i m a size 5/7 and i m pushing 140 lbs. i totally hate my size and my extra meat. i do not want to be any smaller than a size 1, but i really want a thin body with no extra meat like in my legs or stomach.i kind of made up my own breif diet plan and i ve stuck to it for about 4 or 5 days already. i cut out pop and junk food. i m trying to eat the healthiest i can, and not as much. i cant really add exersize at all to my diet except crunches...its a long story thats totally off topic why..so please dont mention Just exersize!! by next summer/fall i really want to be at least a size 1/3 and i want to STAY that size. and i also really really really want a flat stomach.any good weight loss tips? vegetables, oatmeal, and fruit are very low calorie and great options. also most hot sauce is 0 calories so if u like it then use that in replace of sauces. dont skip meals, this can cause u to eat junk later. also drink lots of water. i tried a water fast for 2 days and lost over a pound. they r great. mostly do a lot of crunches.

try working out in the morning do a little bit of everything run sit-up push up and stretch out really good before to start you workout so your body will be lean and also try eating better dont put alot of salt and butter in your food....i aslo have weight problems and i do things so the i wont think so much about food like going bike riding and walk or just hanging out with friends at the mall...and most importantly dont give up it wont happen over night

You ll have to stop eating junk food. Mix your food like meat or chiken with vegetables and just a little bit of rice or bread or potatoes. Avoid everything that s fried and all the sodas. Drink water instead. And you have to exercise if you can just 30min everyday or 1 hour every 2 days. You ll get in shape that way. well i have tried EVERYTHING..slimfast, over the counter diet pills, counting calories..what worked for me was going to the dr and getting a pill called adipex and walking 2 miles a day. the pill is very affordable. about $20 for a month s supply. i lost 25 pounds in 2 months. good luck!

You actually probably have room to gain weight. I suggest lifting 3 times a week with small weights, no more than 5 lbs. The best thing you can do is stay healthy

Whatever you are eating now, reduce it by 500 calories a day, so if you are on 2000 a day at the moment, cut it back to 1500. That can be done by eating fruit and drinking water instead of any snacks, having skimmed milk instead of full or half milk, and simply having a smaller amount of food for tea. Also do a little bit of exercise, about 20-30 mins a day to burn about 200 extra calories, you should loose 5lb in a few weeks. I m going for 10lb in 5 weeks myself. Good luck.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like. get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday.

avoid fatty foods and sugar. do some jogging around the block in the morning and a few crunches would also help. don t forget to eat a well balanced diet and drink lots of water.

you will want to focus on good healthy food and exercise. That is really what it comes down to. Focus on lean protein and veggies and eat smaller more frequent meals say 5-6 a day. My dad had a little bit of a weight prolbem. What he did to loose it was drink 6-8 glasses of distilled watter. For every 25 lb your over drink another one. It took a little time to do it. (2 months or so) but its worth it. Also eat a breakfast an hour after you get up in the morning. Depends on how late you sleep. Don t eat after 6. Unless you stay up late.
