??? Help !!!? -

1. Am I overweight? I think I am. 111 pounds, five feet and a half of an inch? I really think I m overweight, but checking to make sure...2. If I am overweight? What are ways that I can lose weight quickly? Or at least before next September?

no you re not overweight. geez! if anything... you re underweight.

i dont care about healthy weight loss i need to lose it quickly i have 2 months to lose 45 pounds i dont care if it s healthy or not i need to lose it i dont want any dumb questions

Read the following. It works.Here s a serious answer. I hope it helps.I think it would help if you could have a change in your way of thinking. A more positive attitude will help you feel better and get healthy faster. Using affirmations is one way to change your mind. I have used the following affirmation with some of my clients and they did very well. I, (say your name), am at my perfect weight. I look and feel fantastic. Write that down 21 times a day for 21 days. Start telling yourself positive things about yourself like, I am getting better and better every day! or Everything I eat makes me thin and healthy. This will help. If you have negative thoughts when you write down the affirmation, write down everything that comes into your mind. Then write down the affirmation again. After a while your mind will start to agree with you.Also, you need to eat healthy and exercise. Following is my standard answer to everyone who wants to lose weight. It s a lot of information but I m sure it will help you. Good luck with your goal! You can do it.*If want to get fit and/or lose weight, here s my Weight Loss Program through Body Building and Nutrition. It works! First, don t Use Diet Pills. They are bad for you. Most of them are just a scam or they are addictive. Counting calories is a pain in the neck. It will drive you nuts. But, losing weight is simple. For every pound of muscle that you add, your body will burn 3000 calories (1lb) of fat every day. That means that just by having an extra pound of muscle on your body you will burn a pound of fat every day! So, add muscle! *This is the fastest way to add a pound of muscle. Squats and Pushups! You do them on alternate days; squats one day, pushups the next. And you do them SuperSlow style. That is, you do the easy part twice as slow as the hard part. That way you fatigue the muscles quickly. Then you rest the muscles for 48 hours which gives the body a chance to make new muscles. *Squats should be done with a wide stance and all the way to the floor. Pushups the with palms shoulder width apart and all the way to the floor, then all the way up. Use the full range of motion of the muscle group you are trying to develop. If you are too weak to do pushups, try them with your knees on the floor or do them with your feet on the floor and your hands an the bed.*The idea is to tire the muscles out completely so do a set of squats until you can t do another, then rest for a couple of minutes and do it again. Do that 3 times and you re done for the day. The following day, don t do squats but do pushups. Do them the same way, going down twice as slow as you come up. *You will lose weight fast, unless you add more junk food and fat to your diet. Instead, eat at least 5 to 7 different raw vegetables and fruits every day. Cut out anything that comes in a bag, box, can, bottle or any kind of package. In other words, cut out all processed foods, soft drinks and sweets. Eat more grains and less red meat. drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snakes like grapes, blueberries etc only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am tyring lose more weight as well good luck andps for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch at least

Well starving yourself would be unhealthy and effective for a little while. Honestly the moment you start eating normally you will start gaining weight and you will ruin what you have lost. But then you will have ruined your metabolism so you won t be able to lose weight normally. But if you keep starving yourself you will kill yourself so sorry there is no other way than to do it right and healthy.

Ok This Is the Unhealthy way but i lost it Quick In four weeks i lost 16 pounds First thing i did in the morning was eat 2 hard boil egg whites and a tomato and in the afternoon eat a banana But i excersiced like 2 Hours (i just danced, situps, crunches, Ran, jogged, and everythign thats possible ) and of course when i had a craving I drank water until I was almost sick Hope this helps Becareful with the excess skin ( losing weight too fast)I did this for 4 weeks :) worked good for me ( oh and before you do this you have to be really determined and have the drive to lose weight it really wasn t easy i wanted to eat my whole kitchen the 2 day )

Is there any weight loss program that truly helps (ie.: Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc.)? -

I need to lose about 10-15 lbs. and right now I am not capable of doing it by myself for one reason or another. I know mostly everything I need to do (exercise) and eat, but am just not motivated enough and cannot exercise due to back problems that should hopefully be solved soon. The sweet cravings and carb cravings are killing me, besides putting on the pounds as each day passes, my goal was to be thin last summer. Fat chance for this one if I keep up the pace I have picked up. I was thinking of a weight loss program, does anybody have any experience to share about the results? Please help!Thanks!

Okay, so I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. Finally I decided to cough up the money and join weight watchers. (BTW, I don��t have a lot of money). So its about $18 per week, and I gave up junk food so I��m saving about $30 per week. (just a thought) I lost 12 lbs starting december 15 so on average, I have lost about 1.7 lbs per week. It��s a lot of food, I am never hungry and I have a huge variety of food to choose from. I gave you all the information that you could, now its your decision. )

Well I m 13 and me and my mom signed up for weight watchers about 3 weeks ago..my first week i lost 2.2 pounds...but the next week was really hard because it was my sisters birthday and my moms bf s birthday so there was a lot of cake around so i gained a pound. But trust me Weight Watchers works!
