Best way to loose weight is to exercise and eat 6 small portions for meals. Walking is good too. Go for walks for 30 minutes /three times a week. When u walk you can do a power walk and it will keep your cardiovascular system going and you will fee good. You will get your energy back and every time you do this, you will feel better :)

Genetics does play a really big role.Trust me. My dad and his dad have always been big/fat and although I m not overweight, I still consider myself fat. I ve done a lot of manual labour for about 3 years and that did nothing at all to my body fat. But this doesn t mean you can t reduce it. It just means you ll have to put more effort and dedication than the guy next door with gifted genes to get where you want your body to be.I advise a combination of proper weight training and heavy cardio for maybe three times a week for a month and see where that gets you.Good luck!

For all those ppl that was telling me that i couldnt lose weight by not exercising u were all right. So i was riding on my dirt bike in my back yard and i was thinking of ways of how to lose weight. When i got off my dirt bike i found out how to lose weight. And i have Comcast so i went On Comcast On Demand and iam doing those fitness things so i can lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. i ve been doing this on demand suff for about an hour now and it feels good.
