How to lose weight quickly as possible!? -

i was always a very skinny person. until now, all of a sudden my weight jumped up to about 5 more pounds, then it jumps back down for about 2 days then jumps back up. i really dont know why and i find it quite strange but can someone please give me advise how to keep the weight down quick, and a healthy way not by diet pills or none of that dangerous stuff. please help.

Hi, I m a dancer and my thighs are very well toned, they re pretty much all muscle but they are HUGE in porportion to my body. I d like to get them smaller as I m self-consious of them but would that mean losing muscle? Also if that s what it comes down to...how do you do that (I guess)?P.S. If we reduce fat content in our food and increase consumption of pure water in good quantity, it will help reducing the weight. We should also side by side reduce intake of salt and sugar. Totally depending on green vegetables, fruits, sprouted pulses or cereals, milk, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, etc. will reduce the weight fast. Regular walking is also a must.You need not really remain on fast to reduce weight.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Isn t that amount of weight in that amount of time impossible if you re not on Biggest Loser? haha Hmm...just go running. Drink LOTS of water, eat small snacks throughout your day (Little tomatoes, cut up meat, cucumbers, grapes..they are all very delicious snacks) My mom always cut up some fruits and vegetables and put them all in separate small plastic containers. Do that every single day, you could lose a pretty good amount of weight in a week. my mom lost like 2-5 Ibs every week

i know you said diets don t work, but is it the diet or how you use it...if you don t stay strict on your diet of course it won r work..your best bet is to eat lean protein a **** ton of vegtables drink a lot of water and work out 70 pounds won t happen in 4 months but at least 40 which is a huge change

The only healthy way to loose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.Lane swimming and jump rope are some of easiest full body work outs. But if your not pushing yourself to the point of aching, then your not going to reap any benefits.

You are too young to go into all these pills. Don t be lazy and just sit and watch TV. Must get active with exercises, and don t fast....just eat less. Stay away from fatty junk foods.

Drink plenty of water. Eat lots of fruit vegetables. Avoid fat junk foods.

Ughh don t you hate it! I sit in an office 8 hours a day, 5 days a week! It s horrible! Especially when everyone around you is always bringing snacks! And you get bored..THIS IS WHAT I DO:Eat a healthy breakfast. If a bowl of cereal won t fill you up, have an apple or bananna, maybe even put the bananna in the cereal. I prefer Cheerios, or anything whole wheat, like chex.Then I jog a mile.. yeah I know it s not too long, but it s a start, especially if you;re not used to exercising, we don t want you to in shock!Eat a good lunch. I either have a turkey sandwhich, no mayo or anything, maybe some cheese on wheat bread, with a veggie. I usually put some green beans in a container. Then lowfat yogurt as well. On breaks, if you re still hungry, eat rice cakes, wheat thins, fruits.. really anything healthy. Just try to avoid the chips and brownies everyone in the office brings!I work a 1-10 shift, so my lunch IS my dinner. You really don t want to eat past 7 or 8. Drink lots of water! I have been on a diet for 11 days now and I ve lost 16.5 lbs. The first four days I lost 12. The way to do it is to go low carbohydrate with lots of LEAN protein. Stay under 20 carbs a day.I m a carboholic and thought there s no way I can do this diet . But I had done all the others with no success. My favorite, Weight Watchers even failed me. I was living it to the letter, eating on the low side of my point spread and still gaining about 1-3 lbs a week. I finally realized that most of those points consisted of carbohydrates. I am sure you can find some time to do some exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 mins and don t eat any junk food and eat healthy food and drink lots of water.

well you just need to eat healthy no junk and if you do like snacks and your constanly stuffing stuff in your mouth what you need is to buy a pack of sugar free gum or suck on a loliipop they dont have fat calories try to only eat 1200 calories a day and try to make them the good calories not the fat calories so pack your lunch like one of the hand held soup things or if you have a world market near by theres theses things chinesse make called spring rolls not the deepfried spring rolls these are a rice paper wrap with rice noodles cucumber lettuce and any kind of meat you want like chicken or turky ham pork whatever inside it and you dip in this speacial made sauce for spring rolls and these things are so low in calories yet so filling (and dont over stuff the meat) so look for a world market and ask where to find the rice paper wrap rice noddles and sauce the noodles are easy to make just boil them like spagetti, and in a frying pan boil water and when its boiling put the rice paper in for ten seconds lay it on the counter and put all the stuff in it COLD so it wont put holes in the rice paper then wrape it up! and dip in the sauce and eat

Drink Water all day long!!! Eat friut most of the day and then eat a good meal before bed, but dont over eat dinner or super. Make yourself stop when u think you cna go a few more hours without anything. Water for drinking will help more then most people think. A friend of mine is a bank worker and she always at her desk and she lost 45 lbs in 2 months eatting fruit and drinking water... Do forget u need to eat at least a good dinner or something... I dont really need to tell anyone to try this but, I have lost 22lbs in a month using a diet pill called phetermine(prescribe by doctor),prozac and water pill.The pills can cause jitters,mood swings, and can cause dizziness.I walk 2 miles a day and i dont eat over a thousand calories.The prozac makes me qizzy and dont wanna eat.Its very easy to gain the weight back when getting off the pills.f you try it good luck and be very careful.Get a good check up first!Hope this can help ya!

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
