I admit i am an 11 year old girl. And my weight is 140 pounds. How do i lose weight?
you should eat at least 4-5 meals a day.drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs also help when trying to lose weight.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, crunches, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

If you have a dog just take it for a walk after school or something and in time (if you continue to eat healthy) then you will lose weight! Maybe tell your mum that u want to lose weight and she can not buy unhealthy food =)

At your age, adopt a more active lifestyle. Do NOT reduce portions or skip meals. You re growing, so just start exercising more. You ll lose a little weight and when you grow taller the height will balance out your weight anyway :) Any other way would be unhealthy.
Sounds like how i was when i was 11.Weigh yourself EVERY day, and drink alot of waterEat heaps of breakfast and eat little lunch and dinner.Thats how im losing weight.

Exercising..or try a diet, but i would go through professional help(nutritionist) so it will be a healthy diet!
everyone will prob answer to this, ur 11 your too young to be dieting blah blah. but i know what u feel like. take diet pills, theyre easy and no effort at all. adios are prob ur safest bet.
