Whats a fast way to lose weight? ? -

I take vyvanse...it makes me not have an appetite. I m not going to starve myself because i want to be healthy. Does anyone know a good way to lose weight fast? I know to eat healthy and cut out the bad things but i was just seeing if anyone had any tricks or excercise tips or any little things to help!Thanks

Nothing like that. Try dancing for 45 minutes a day, every day per week. Drink 6-8 cups of water each day and eat three health meals. You re bound to lose about 5-7 pounds the first week. Try swimming too if you can t. Pills don t help you lose weight, they just curb cravings.
