How do you lose weight? -

I wanna lose weight fast but not too fast. Just before football season.

Herbal life has some shakes that you can add protein too and they taste great. You can do up to 2 replacement shakes a day. I lost 10 pounds in one month with them and little exercise.

unless you are just a fan, you wont want to lose muscle before you play, so you will have to keep a good diet of protein, and mix in weight training with cardio so you lose fat and not muscle. Unless your coach is an oldfashioned ingnorant stoneage type of guy, he will have a plan for someone your age all ready to go.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that s how much you need to lose weight.eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.8 glasses of water a day.4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

well i went to weight watchers which relli helps you to think about what your eating.Also if u write down everythink you eat it makes u look at it nd release what u should be cutting out of your diet.

Drink plenty of water every day (about 8 cups) and eat at least plenty of vegetables per week

Firstly, I want to say that loosing wieght fast is a Bad idea, and not recommended by medical professionals.Secondly that the weight you loose is very dependent on the weight you re starting at, it s easy to lose a few pounds when you ve got pounds to spare.Do you want to lose weight fast for one specific event, or do you want to lose weight on a more permanent basis?If it s for a specific event, then you can t do much more extreme than one of my house mates who s doing The Lemonade Diet at the moment, and supplementing it with slices of watermelon when it gets too much for her.She s an idiot.For realistic weight loss that won t damage your health, I d go with someone like weight watchers.
