Weight Loss tips? For Rapid Weight loss.? -

I need to lose about 60lbs, and I want to get started on it. It sucks cuz its the holiday season but whats a good way??I don t want it to take forever...kinda would like to drop it fast...

HAHAHAHA nope. Not going to happen. You could lose 20-25 a month if you went at it perfectly but that is nearly impossible unless you have been doing it for long enough to know what is good and bad. to be 60 pounds overweight there are countless things you have been doing wrong which means tons of habbits thatcan be corrected to get where you want. The one drop weight fast tha only experienced body builders use is not an option for you. But part of it is ketosis do some research on it. Def the fastest way to drop weight in 2 weeks but should only be done for 2 weeks. DO it with a multi vitamin proper food calcium and tons of water and it s worked for me. But like I said that should be your last option. honestly do your own research there is too much info on the web to waste your time here

You can t really drop 60 pounds too quickly. It is unsafe, and you can jeopardize your health if you do so. To lose that much weight, it takes months. Usually losing a pound a week or two is healthy. Try taking a class or go to a gym. They have all sorts of info about dieting and weight management. Pretty much exercise three times a week for about an hour and eat healthy foods. This is pretty much the safest way to lose the pounds.

You can not honestly think that there is a fast weight lost anything. The so called diet pills, are not safe. No, it is best to lose the weight thru making healthier food choices and exercising. Drinking lots of water.

don t count on 40lbs in a month. At MOST possibly 10-15 which is still a lot of weight. You can tone up a lot to make it look like you lost more than that though. Do you know what I mean? I mean..someone can lose 15lbs and they can make it look like 25 by toning up areas.

40 lbs in a month is a ton of weight, but do a lot of cardio and try to eat healthier!!just limit yourself on what you eat!good luck!

by next summer i want to be about 125-130 lbs. i m 15 and about 180lbs. i want to do it like real healthy so i can actually keep it off unlike fad diets. weight loss tips, healthy alternatives, exercise routines, etc would be greatly appreciated !

One thing that I know for a fact will help you is to eat some water based fruit in the morning with a small bottle of water. Wait about 20 minutes and eat a healthy breakfast. The water based foods will help to speed up your metabolism which will help you body burn fat.

You should first try eating healthy food and make sure you eat breakfast, like fruit, and milk. Make sure you eat 3 meals a day plus snacks cuz this will increase your metabolism. When eating meals, try more green vegatables. Example like if you have meat and potatoes, limit those to lean meats like turkey or chicken, avoid red meat. Then distribute the plate into quarters. If you have one quarter meat, one quarter potatoes, then the other 2 quarter (half) should be green veggies. So try eating small meals, not huge portions. And most of all DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!! If you drink a glass of ICE COLD WATER before bed, it will also help increase your metabolism. Cut down on sugars. If you replace junk such as candy chips and soda with apples oranges etc. you will be surprised how well this will help you. My friend she eats cookies and candy all of the time, but when she replaced it with nutricious snacks, she lost 6 pounds in a week. And also try going for a brisk 45 minute walk everyday. well just eat healthy, lots of greens and not so much sugar / trans fats. cut off any sweets like candy or treats completely. Lots of protein is good, just try to cook any meats as lean as possible, and if you use grease you have to drain / blot it to get rid of as much oils as possible. start going for jogs and doing sit-ups and push-ups (girl push-ups to start off if you cant do regular ones) and dont give up on yourself!

i cant find anything, online. she swears she cant loseweight beacause she is a quad. i know this is untrue. i used to be married to someone in a wheelchair. he lost weight, with unhealthy practices. ones i wont reccomend to her and she wouldnt take, anyway. i am looking fior healthy weight loss tips for her. she eats about 900 calories a day simply beacause she cant afford to eat more. unfortunately, sometimes people buy her food, or she splurges at the begginning of the month, and beacause her body is adapted to 900 calories a day, she gains rapidly. i am able to donate 50 a month to her, in addition to her 100. can anyone help me with tips?

It sounds like she s on some meds that cause the weight gain, and/or the difficulty to lose weight. Is that true? It can be so frustrating, so she has to decide what s more important to her. Her weight, or the medication. It s probably the medication. 900 calories is so little! Tell her to just enjoy the way the meds make her feel and not to worry about the weight. HEALTHY Weight loss tips that work.? -

I would like simple tips to lose some weight. My mom wont let me take diet pills, I dont think I want to anyways because they arn t very healthy for you. I generally eat pretty healthy natrualy. I dont excersize, but I do alot of work including yard work I train horses So I generally work my body quite often. I weigh 145 ish more or less I am 5 4. I d personally suggest Yoga. You need only a few minutes in a day and if you practice it regularly , it ll kepp you healthy and flexible in addition to making your body flexible.
