Real weight loss tips.? -

Okay, so I don t need to hear anything about diet pills or anything like that. And I m also not trying to lose 100lbs overnight. Basically, I have been a little heavy for several years, and I m trying to get down below 200lbs (currently 235), and I am male.I have the motivation to go to the gym, as I go 7 days a week. I love to run, so I go 7 days a week and run on the treadmill or the elliptical. My problem is, I know I should be lifting weights too, I just don t know how to do it.Some people say split the workout up, some say do full body every few days. Really, I just need a real fitness expert to tell me how to do it. I think personal trainers are great, but mostly for motivation to show up to the gym, and since I have that motivation already, I don t want to pay someone to show me how to do something I could learn for free.So, I am looking for somebody well versed (pretty please know what you re talking about, not just opinion or what you think) to tell me which body parts I should be working, which ones I should work together, split/full body, etc. How many reps/sets. Basically, a workout plan that you would use if you needed to lose weight.P.s.- Currently I do chest/biceps on one day, triceps/back on another day, and shoulders by themselves. My legs are pretty big from playing hockey for a long time, so I currently don t work them out, plus I run a lot. If it s not too much trouble, could you also specify which types of workouts you would do for each body part?Thank you, and sorry its so long.

In most culture the fat is considered the worst guy but you to keep watch carbohydrates. The energy is created by curb and if we eat too many crabs it gets turned into fat if we don t burn them off. The body slows down during the late afternoon and Please avoid eating tons of potatoes, pasta or pastry type rice, is not good.8. Please maintain food diary. This will helps what to eat or not, means where are you now your weight, where has to go desired weight, how will get it , through diet exercise sleeping.9. Stop calorie count? Please be motivated when you loose weight celebrate it ,when you feel hungry please drinks water as much you can means drinking water between your meals will help keep hunger under control.10. Try to eat healthy foods available. 11. Try Yoga is most best exercise for weight loss 12. Please Put your Image in Mind that You are smart and Reducing weight quickly.

How to lose weight healthlyy in about a month i half? -

okay so i have this dance coming up that i wanna look good for..so i was wondering if anyone can give me any weight loss tips am planning losing body fat soo muscle is okay :]hopwfully i an lose about 30 pounds cuhs iam kinda overweightsoo any tips would be graetly appreciated..including excersisesand btw i come from a nation were you eat rice like everyday just to let you guys know

Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories earlier in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.

Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you can. Elevators are one hell of a convenience particularly if you have to go up or down some twenty floors. But elevators also make us very lazy. There may be no sense in trudging up some twenty flights of stairs because by the time you get there you will be totally pooped. But while coming down, if you have the time, you can easily come down the stairs instead of using the elevator. Coming down is not at all exhausting. And talking about the time factor, I don��t think that there is much of a difference. Sometimes waiting for an elevator door to open at your floor after you hit the button can take up all of eternity.

While traveling in an elevator instead of just standing there and staring stupidly at the numbers going up or down, try raising your self onto your toes and then back on your feet again. Do this several times. Also try flexing your buttock muscles as well. In fact there are many muscles in our body that we can twitch and flex without inviting the attention of others. Even if others do notice you, it��s no big deal provided you are flexing a muscle in a decent part of the body. (Most of the other parts do not have muscles any way.) Others might brand you as a health freak but it is miles better to be known as a heath freak than as a sack of potatoes.

Psst. I would like to let you in on a secret. As it is I understand that most of us tend to put on weight particularly in the mid section, right. It is the tummy that seems to have a mind of its own. Well I will tell you a sure shot method to reduce the flab around the waist line. Mind you this doesn��t hold true for post pregnancy tummies. This is what you have to do. Breathe in air as strongly as you can and as you do so, tuck in your tummy as much as you can. Hold it like this for a few seconds and then slowly release your breath taking care not to let out your tummy. Try to keep breathing like this at least fifty or sixty times in a day. In fact breathe like this whenever you can remember to do so. After the first day, you should feel the muscles of your stomach tightening each time you do this. Then you know that you are on the right track. If you practice this without fail for 20 days, at the end of the twentieth day, you will have lost at least an inch.

Try breathing exercises. You might be surprised to know that breathing exercises too can lead to weight loss. If you are doing the breathing exercises properly, you will find that you can exert a lot of pressure on the muscles around the mid section. You can feel a tightening of these muscles each time you breathe in or breathe out. So go ahead and breathe properly, it is good for you.

If you have a sitting job, stand up and stretch yourself every half an hour. Most of the jobs today are indeed sitting jobs that are in one word sedentary. This is especially true for those who sit and punch away at the keyboard or toy with the mouse all day long. So if you have such a job, make it a point to get up at least every half an hour and stretch your self.

Do things like fetching, turning things off and on by you�� Often when we come back tired from work, we tend to get others to do simple chores for us. These things are no big deal. They are things that we can very well do for our selves but we don��t. That is why we often ask our kids to fetch us this or take away that. Training your pet is a wonderful thing indeed. It is quite remarkable how some people get their dogs to fetch them something. But the fact is that while you may be making sure that your dog is getting a lot of exercise, you are neglecting your bit of the story.

If you want to lose weight and remain healthy about it, a pound of fat is 3500 calories. So you would have to trim your calorie intake by 500 per day for a week to lose one pound. Of course, exercising daily will accelerate this process, but start slow so you don t injure yourself. Walking briskly for an hour a day is great. If you re serious about this join your local gym, they probably have an aerobics class that meets one hour each day.
