Vitamins and lifestyle change !? -

ok so about 2 weeks ago I started a weight loss program! I have lost about 5 lbs since then. Good start I think but I want to loose more and fast ! I went to GNC today to talk to someone about weight loss and I told them I dont want a diet pill so i didnt have the crashes of them. He suggested. A Men s Energy VitaPack, A 7 day complete body cleansing program, and Triple Lecithin 1200. The lecithin is what I am concerned about. Im pretty sure he told me to take 2 in the morning and 4 more throughout the rest of the day. I looked at the bottle and the bottle says take 2 a day with a meal. So should I follow his directions or the bottles ? And do you also think that what he set me up with is a good combonation of vitamins and stuff. I am aslo taking a B-12 vitamin by its self and its 2500mcg.

I need help with losing weight badly.? -

Im fifteen 5 5 and 154lbs, i have been trying to lose weight for along time. I do not have bad eating habits, i actually eat quite healthy. Weight loss pills do not work. Help please? tips? suggestions? how many pounds should i lose? thank you.

well 1st your really not as over weight as you think but try for 138 but start with just losing 5lbs 1st as your goal. if you can run this would be perfect start if not start walking and work up to running you will drop really fast but it takes 6wks of continues working out to really notice a difference eat about 1300 or 1200 calories a day of good food protien and vegis and no junk and no white breads white rice or baked goods nothing that is not natural and drink lots of water and your right non of that weight loss pills drinks ect works it just takes hard work and lots of cardio and some weights will also help

Is anyone using reliv products for weight loss and does it work? -

would like to find good weight loss product that works. have heard that reliv ultra+plus does. anyone with an opinion please tell me what you think or what you suggest. diet and exercise not what Im looking for. need something for older woman who cant exercise very much and not sure why she cant lose weight.

I can t answer that particular question, but I can tell you that I use the ReLiv Classic and it truly makes me feel much, much better in regards to my health. So, I trust their name, and if I wanted to use another product, I would do so without hesitation. Hope this helps somewhat. :)

my mom use to be into that stuff, they make alot of wild claims saying it cures everything, if you ask me it sounds like a scam, my mom still has all her heath problems, finally got her off it and got her to see a doctor, now she is starting to make some progress.

Heya! Ummm I m just in here to say that if you go to your local supermarket youll find they have a lot more protein powders for WAY CHEAPER.I found that out myself unexpectedly actually.Oh and on a side note avoid protein shakes with asparteme, that is a toxin that is literraly deadly

I want to lose 16 lbs? -

First off, don t tell me the healthy weight loss per week is 1 to 2 lbs. That s not what I m asking you for. I want to lose 16lbs in a month. I m 14, 5ft, and 131lbs. Losing weight it pretty easy for me. I can easily not change my eating habits and just work out for 30min five times a week and lose 4lbs a week. But I want to change the way I eat this time. That part is what s going to be hard for me. Would this be okay?:eating half sandwich for lunch (around 120 to 150 calories)a slim fast for dinner (190 calories)and apple after school (60 calories)and going on the treadmill for 30min (burns 250 calories)And I left breakfast out for a reason. I don t have time in the morning.NOTE: I didn t ask if it was healthy. I could care less if it s healthy or not. All I care about it losing that 16lbs. That being said, any suggestions/advice?

DONT LEAVE OUT BREAKFAST! its even worse for you than losing weight that fast. Go for 2 mile runs every day and go from a average 2200 calorie diet to 1700. Count your calories!

lmao, you wont loose anything without breakfast,Breakfast is what keeps your body stable through out the day.it is what gives you the vitamins to loose the weight.You wont loose near enough if you do not have breakfast.i would recommend making time in the morning for breakfast.i mean whats it hurt to wake up 10-20 minutes early.

I agree eat something for breakfast maybe oatmeal or even a slimfast shake. I won t lecture you but just want to let you know once you eat normally you may gain more than you lost doing it this this way.

Lol my sister does this and she is just like you well this is what she does..If you want to do a painful workout, you have to 1 hour run outside not inside!then you bike for 2 hours, and do weights for 30 minutes but you need to do eeach arm slowly and do only do eight..also eat plenty of veggies and fruitsDO NOT eat past 7 oclock at night it will make you gain weight, do not drink a lot of water, it will make you sick. If you ant an easy workout, u just have to do 1 hour runnying and 30 minutes of weights, hollo-hoop, if you dont have any of those then just stretch. EAT SALAD and if you have time just jog back and forth outside some where like a minnimum of 10 minutes then take a nice shower and you will feeel fresh.Thats what my ister does and i do but you can do whatever you want.. ood luck when i did it i lost about 15 pounds. a in 1 month, losing weight is hard.... trust me..
